The location is absolutely fantastic for a kite trip of a week to enjoy the laguna, in which you can walk almost anywhere. Staff was friendly and food was quite good despite the not so diverse menu. The room was comfortable overall and the swimming pool offered a nice break in between kite sessions. We would definitely recommend the location and come again!

Beds (single) were a bit short (if you are >180cm your feet will hang...) and the WiFi pretty slow if working at all, so if you plan to telework, make sure you have spare mobile network available... The breakfast was relatively good but a bit pricy (8€). On some nights it was quite noisy too from parties nearby but overall everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Maria. The location is excellent for kite surfers. The whole ambient is amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and gluten free options (not only sweet options as usual in Italy). Also, I enjoyed my lunches and dinners in the restaurant Santa Maria. The food is fresh and amazing and the portions are quite big. I also tried the massage offer through hotel and it was excellent and very professional. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel to go to the nearby beaches or villages. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel is only small, very close to kite beach and lessons if you need them. Pool area is good and clean and breakfast was great. Restaurant good at night and not expensive.

If you want to explore Sicily get a car, we were kiting but still wanted to do day trips

Very nice Resort directly at the kitespot. Great, clean pool. Delicious Restaurant. Private Parking. Very nice staff. Only minor point: Appartment was clean and functional but basic, which could be a factor if you would stay a lot inside. Anyway, we will come back next year for sure.

Nice hotel with a great restaurant (fantastic pasta con pesto alla trapanese!!!), but hard to reach without a car. Transfer to the airport was 20 EUR and the receptionist helped to book it. The reception was helpful before arrival.

The roads nearby were busy and not pedestrian friendly. It is, of course, not the fault of the hotel, but the local authorities.

The rooms are big and have outdoor space which is great for summer. Views are amazing, staff are friendly, the pool is great size and the breakfast with a sea view is a plus. Very accommodating if travelling with babies as they give you a cot at not additional price.

It lacks a bit of information about where to go to the sea if not doing windsurf and about the activities they offer. Cleanliness overall was good but our toilet was a bit dirty.

We arrived late in the evening. It was very hot in the room and the air conditioner wasn't on when we arrived. The air in the room was stifling. We had to open the window which didn't have screens. So a lot of mosquitos came in and my son in particular was bitten a lot and none of us slept much that night given the amount of mosquitos in the room. We informed the staff and didn't get much of a response. The resort was otherwise great, it just would have been nice to have the room better prepared for our arrival and/or some screen door in the room so we could get some fresh air without the mosquitos.

The balcony of the room is very small, so not really a comfortable place to chill. Apart from kitesurfing there is not much to do in the near area. So you definitevely need a car if you for example want to go dining somewhere outside the hotel.

Excellent location, very close to the sea, the restaurant and bars nearby, as well as very close to all the kite surf facilities and schools. Friendly and helpful personnel. Very clean. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are a nice addition that other accommodations in the area are not offering.

Great complex right on the sea for the kiteboarding and other water sport. Start of the season so not much open in the surrounding areas, but the service was great. Rooms decent and well decorated.

Small point, beds were a bit soft.
