Superb pool with plenty of sun loungers. Quite large room with a balcony with views of the garden and Etna. Secure parking. Well placed for trips to Taormina and the Gole dell'Alcantara. Very nice Lido on the beach adjacent to the hotel which did good lunches and ice cream.

The air-conditioning in our room never worked properly. We were at one end of a corridor and I don't think the coolant liquid quite reached our room (number 142). Not the fault of the Hotel (which was immaculate) but the surrounding area and roads have a lot of rubbish about, and some roads were in a very bad state of repair. So the Hotel and Lido were an oasis of quality in an otherwise somewhat depressing area.

We loved the amazing pool which was kept really clean, and the views of Mount Etna. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas and the food was gorgeous!The hotel gardens were really pretty too. We also liked the bar, the restaurant and the friendly, helpful staff! They were so kind. The hotel has a beach lido where you can get a great selection of food and drink during the day. Our room was cleaned daily and was very spacious for a family of four. WiFi was strong and the kids appreciated being able to log onto Netflix. Breakfast was included - there was a nice selection to choose from, and a cheeky espresso if you asked the staff nicely rather than coffee from the machine. There were restaurants within walking distance in Riposto and Fondacello.

The local area was full of rubbish and litter, loads of torn bags of refuse were just dumped by the road. Such a shame. The bed covers were a bit old and tatty and the children found their mattresses springy.

The room was nice and clean. We had a very good view to Etna from the hotel. The beach bar was good price and there were very friendly staff. The beach is clean and beautiful. There were water activities in the pool.

We had to pay for sunbeds on the private beach. When we checked out, we wanted to stay next to the pool until our flight, but they said we could only stay if we pay around 18 euros. Normally these services are available on the day of checkout. The neighbourhood around the hotel is awfully dirty and full of trash. The railway station is very far away and theres no public transport available in a walking distance. Also not a lot of shops nearby.

Very nice staff, very attentive. Food was great, we had breakfast and dinner deal. Sitting outside drinking delicious cocktails under Mount Etna is pretty special. Saturday night dancing for the locals was great entertainment. A very enjoyable 4 night stay.

Location. It’s like this lovely hotel was dropped in the middle of a run down, neglected area. It feels remote when you venture out (we went in May). Beach wasn’t ready for the summer.

Hotel is in nice place with a view to volcano. Have a big pool and close to the pebble beach other side of the street. Good rooms, nice shower tiles, everything working and clean. Beautiful garden with fruits. Restaurant food delicious, good service. Could order Etna region wine, friendly prices.

The cars sometimes driving in front of your room terrace, sharing the same footpath to entrance. Isn't easy to come with the public transport.

Excellent breakfast - sweet and salty, you could choose whwtever you liked. Dinners were also very tasty. Close to the wide beach, clean big swimming pool at the hotel, available snubeds, very nice and helpful stuff.

I wouldn't take the Etna tour from the hotel. Despite the guide was nice there was a perceptible language barrier. What's more I'd rather spend much time in the Etna area than visiting shops and other places on the way. Although Pasticceria Vittorio Papotto Junior in Sant' Alfio CT is definitely worth visiting (but not neccesarly during Etna trip) the've got delicous almond cakes and friendly stuff .

Nice pool, good sized rooms with views of Etna from balcony, on-site parking, restaurant offers good meals with multi-lingual courteous staff.

The surrounding area is not a nice one, which is surprising as it is by the sea but it's quite run-down and deserted. The only decent restaurant nearby is the family-run seafood place which we highly recommend.

Ver friendly and helpful stuff. Nice, big swimming pool, tasty food in reasonable piece, close to the wide beach.

I wouldn't recommend trip to Etna from the hotel - despite the fact that the guide was very nice and intended to explain as much as he could there was a language barrier. But the most important was that instead of spending time on Etna and national park (we've got to 1700 m) we've visited local shops, cafeterias and restaurants that took most of the time. First cafeteria with cookies and coffee was extremely nice 💓💓💓, but I'd rather spend that time walking in the national park as I'm paying for this 59 euro...

A classic hotel with everything you need. Friendly staff all round. Food was very good. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will suggest having your own transport here as it is a bit off the beaten track if you want to get around. However there is a taxi service and bus service in the nearby town.

The view of etna was stunning. The staff were very friendly. They agreed to alter dishes as I was vegan. They gave an amazing room on request. The even changed their breakfast time to 7 as we needed to leave before 7.30.

The fridge was too small, and so I couldn't keep my water bottle in it. The breakfast timing was from 7.30 to 9.30.i went at 8.15 and the oranges for fresh orange juice were already empty. I was really looking forward to the fresh orange juice and was disappointed to find the empty oranges so early.
