Beautiful hotel with stunning views! The hotel Is beautiful, the highlights of this place are: The views The beach The breakfast The room was beautiful You can borrow padle board or kayak without extra cost/ We were lucky to arrived on a Tuesday and they have a puglia night that was incredible! With all The traditional dishes from puglia and live music! It was one of the highlights of our trip! It was expensive (€60 per person) but absolutely worth it as is unlimited anf quality food.

I didnt like that they gave us a room for people with disability when we didnt need it, it will be better to give this option to the clients that required it.

Awesome beach, some very friendly staffs (especially want to call out the cleaner in 2nd floor of Villa Oleandro, Davida and two friendly ladies in the restaurant). There was a buffet night with live music and dance. Very lively and we all enjoyed very much.

The communication between the reception and restaurant should be improved. We made all dinner reservations thru reception during check-in. Two days in a row, the restaurant manager couldn’t find our reservation. We especially went to reception to request again. The other day dinner same thing happened. It was quite frustrated. The variety of the menu needs to improve. Not too much choices as there is only one restaurant in the resort. The quality of food went up and down from day to day. Pillows are too rigid and not comfortable. Four of them are same size and height.

The beach is even more breathtaking in-person than I expected from photos. The grounds of the property are immaculate and feels like a dream. Definitely a place to visit at least once in your lifetime. Staff very friendly.

The beds are a little hard but this is personal preference. The restaurant changes its menu everyday so hit-and-miss (although hotel restaurants are generally like this).

It's a little slice of Italian paradise, far away from reality. The hotel is impeccably organised, very good breakfast, breathtaking views and elevator on an incredibly beautiful, faraglioni bordered beach thriving with fishes and clear waters.

I liked everything! Maybe the hotel could step up if it had more facilities. A gym overlooking the bay, or a spa with masseurs. The dinner at the restaurant was good, but with that quality of ingredients could have been even better.

I've never been to a place on the mountains with an elevator that takes you down to the beach. The resort is outstanding. A little dated but you are really never in your room. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. I didn't realize this when i booked but we had the basic room and breakfast was not included but wasn't a huge deal as you can let them know in the am what you would like for breakfast and charge it to the room. Each morning as part of your room, you get 2 sunchairs and an umbrella and access to their kayaks and SUPs. You can also spend time at the pool which is lovely, filled with more kids though. Each week the resort has an itinerary so we had DJ and drinks by the pool Saturday late afternoon. It's all worth it for the view and the beach. The staff were lovely and attentive and the whole vibe was perfect for a summer vacation!

The internet only worked at the reception and beach and not in our room. No other complaints as the resort is outstanding!

Beach was lovely, good water sport facilities; there could have been a little more variety of food for the children but overall good. Breakfast was great and our children particularly liked it. One other option for evening meals other than the appliance food truck and then the main more formal restaurant would have been a bonus. Location was great but you do need a car or opportunity to take a taxi. We did explore mattinata and Vieste which was great. Finally the Apulian festival event was perfect

Everything was excellent. Beautiful park around hotel, nice and absolutely clean room, marvellous beach and sea with all shades of blue and turquoise. Staff very kind and helping, everywhere, in restaurant, beach bar, concierge and on the beach too. It was a week in italian paradise.

The property exceeded all expectations, beautiful scenery, beach front hotel with all amenities. Breakfast was included which included a wide variety of fruits, yogurts, sweets, eggs any desired cooking and so on. Lunch and dinner was eaten on the premise with a wide variety of selection. Cannot enough stress the quality of food was top notch. Rooms were elegantly furnished and very peaceful. The property was not fully occupied providing much more pleasant atmosphere given it was early October however we had three beautiful days. I can imagine how busy it would get right in the middle of summer.

Very small gripe ...It was a pebble beach and difficult to walk on, it would be preferable if the management would add some sand to the beach to make somewhat simpler to walk on

Amazing location above one of the most beautiful bays of the Gargano Peninsula. All guests get their own umbrella and sunbeds on one of two private beaches, both of which are equally clean, beautiful and accessible by elevator. We also liked the pool area which remained less busy and nicely quiet on most days. All members of the staff were always kind and helpful. They were present everywhere, looking after the guests' every need. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was suberb with a huge selection.

There was practically no WiFi access in our room (it ranged from very weak to non-existent). The cell phone signal was mostly also too weak for browsing. Other than the perfectly fine and luxurious breakfast, food is very expensive and comes in small portions. The food truck in the garden seems like a good idea for a light dinner, but I could buy a focaccia of the same quality for a third of the price and 3 times in size in any bakery elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find a nearby trattoria instead. :)
