Breakfast was excellent.A very wide selection.Service very prompt and friendly.

The hotel was very difficult to reach via public transport.I think the owners have made much of the Lake Como connection,where in fact it is nowhere near the lake.This is somewhat misleading.

Very helpfull and friendly staff

Noisy neighbors and visitors watching football in the bar on the groundfloor. Kept me awake till midnight. Could have put some more bread or croissants at the breakfast.

This hotel is a strong recommendation for everyone! We came for a 3 nights stay, checked in a bit late but the manager(Marco)was at the reception and welcomed us. Our daughter was very tired and he brought her a homemade cookie, which calmed her down. Other than than, we were made sure that whatever happens, they are here for us, which means THE WORLD when you’re traveling with a toddler. Everybody speaks English. ✅ The breakfast was in the price included and I mean, my husband said that he was full which is a statement. I will post some pics. Rooms are good size and clean, the cleaners were there every day to clean it and bring us fresh towels. They were all very friendly. What amazed us was that we requested a cot for our daughter and they didn’t charge us for it. Marco well done, we will always remember your kindness. 👑 Carmen the queen of reception, thanks for giving us directions about where to go. At the bar Alina, Sonia and Matteo, these guys saw us once and we could already order “the usual” which really makes you feel welcomed. Overall, everybody visit this place. Leave your suitcases here and go to Bellagio, Menaggio, Varena, Milano… All strong recommendations. We are going home but looking forward to coming back again.

There was no swimming pool or sauna. There was a bath which had extra charge

The hotel isn't on the golf course but about 3km away, so a short drive in a little village. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the shower had jets and a radio! There were lots of windows in our room which was nice especially nice to watch the lightening and rain when a smallish storm hit. Whilst it is next to a church with loud bells, they stopped chiming at about 10pm, so didn't disturb you all night. We ate in the restaurant and the food was nice and tasty and the bar had a good selection of drinks - the gentleman manning the bar that night was friendly and chatty. A nice place to stay in - it has parking which is a bonus

Comfortable bed. Kind staff. Great breakfast!

The staff was really friendly, especially to our baby at the breakfast. The rooms were clean - and most important for us, having our baby with us: warm! (what is not usual at all locations in Italy currently). Parking space is available surrounding the hotel. No problem finding a space. Breakfast was good, even our baby was pleased. We did get a free baby bed, which we did not need, because the general bed was big enough. I would visit again, when we are on our way farther south of Italy in the coming years.

The hotel personnel was really friendly and helpful. Room was exactly the same as on the photos, and the bed was comfortable. We needed a baby cot, and it was provided without surcharges. In addition, the cot was clean like new, which we specially appreciated. From our point of view breakfast had sufficient variety and was tasty. Parking was provided on site, and was free. The hotel is approx.20 min drive to the centre of Como. Given that we had an emergency situation we needed to check out 1 day earlier than planned, and the hotel didn’t charge us for both nights. That is really extraordinary.

The bathroom needs upgrading, nevertheless was really clean and in our opinion is not so much worse than other bathrooms we’ve seen in Italian hotels during our vacation.

The staff! So friendly and eager to please. We were filming for work in the area and after two very long days these ladies were the perfect hostesses. On top of the staff - the food was incredible and great value for money.

Only minor, tiny thing, was the school party who seemed to run up and down the landing at various times through the night - but even I was young once so really was a tiny niggle and not the hotel’s fault.

Cleanliness and really helpful and polite staff

There location is really far from the lake. There are very few busses. You might have to take a taxi everytime you want to go to the town.
