The room was a very good size - no tripping over your suitcase - and there was plenty of space for clothes to be hung up or placed on shelves. The bed was comfortable. I liked the staff, particularly the reception staff. When you travel to a city there is always a trade off between the noise of traffic / trams and distance from the city centre. On this occasion I decided to go for a quiet hotel a little way out of the centre. The hotel is on a quiet road yet only a 5 minute walk from a metro station and buses into the city centre. I'm happy with this choice and would use this hotel again if I ever return to Milan.

The room was so spacious, with a gorgeous balcony as well. Didn’t hear any noise from any other rooms nor any outside noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom thankfully private and not with a glass door you sometimes see in some hotels!! And plenty of complimentary things in the bathroom which, as a girl, is always very welcome! The hotel is a bit outside the city but a 2 min walk to the metro which is so handy!! Metro is super cheap to go in and out of the city or wherever you want to go. Beautiful hotel. (Didn’t do breakfast here so don’t know what the food was like)

The mini fridge in our room didn’t work - though we never mentioned it to staff so can’t really complain. We just wanted to cool our own drinks. As I said it’s location is grand if you’re comfortable with public transport, but it is outside the main thick of things so you have to take transport in to consideration when going anywhere or making plans. Uber here is VV expensive!

Loved staying in this hotel, room was on the 6th floor with balcony, very quiet and spacious. Bathroom was clean and spacious, shower had a good power speed and plenty of toiletries on offer. Bed was big and comfy. Breakfast has plenty of choice with meat/cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurts and cakes/pastries etc. Very close to the Metro station for getting into Milan, bought a 3 days travel pass for 13euro (as going to Monzo for F1) also around the corner is a Supermarket. Would recommend this hotel.

Apart from getting into the parking garage, was happy with our stay.

- Room was very clean (no mould or dust identified), large and with a modern interior - Bathroom was modern (with a bidet) and showerhead was strong. All amenities expected were provided. - Reception were friendly and greeted us daily, offered to post our postcards for us and able to answer any general tourism queries. Daily biscoff biscuits were provided. - 5 minutes away from convenient M3 line (approx 10-15 mins away and direct trains to Central areas like Duomo or Centrale Station) - 2 minute walk away from giant Supermarket and can buy everything you may need there including water, food or amenities. - Room was energy saving (needed a key to activate it) which felt very eco friendly! - Room was well furnished with a TV, several chairs and table areas as well as places to put your luggage. - Communal lobby / garden and gym for use.

- Would have preferred a swipe key card rather than a very bulky and heavy key. Very heavy door to open, but staff were kind enough to show us how to open the door! - The hallway was outside which meant you were cold as soon as you left the lifts, reception or room. These were covered and so you didn't get wet if it was raining.

the property is in a great location as it is close to transport links which is great if you’re a tourist but is still in a quiet area away from the main roads. The hotel was very nice and clean and the breakfast selection is also quite good. I would definitely stay here again

I travelled in winter so when I arrived at the hotel it was cold and the heating in the hotel comes on at certain hours but when the heating came on a few hours after our arrival we didn’t have an issue with the heating not being available all day long because it was hot enough to keep you warm until it next came on

I liked that the rooms has microwave. The room was well cleaned. The stuff was kind. The breakfast is delicious with many kind of fruits. The coffee is delicious and the pistachio croissant is wonderful. It is close to the Affori Centro metro station.

The air conditioner has no thermostat function so it's heating or not, you can switch on and off but you can't set the temperature. We didn't like that the doors has key not card and our door was hard to open. It has no restaurant, you can order drinks but a place which is restaurant like a room is not exist. At the breakfast time the cutlery was not enough there was always empty plates and the fruit juices has two bottles which are not enough if the breakfast room is full with people. When the stuff change it it becomes empty prompt. Up to the booking price you have to pay the city tax which is 10 percent so it could be a surprise.

I have to give high marks to the hotel staff! They were polite and kind, I left my iPad in the hotel room, the hotel has notified me via Booking.com, and said they will keep it for me until my next visit! The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is a residential area, so it is especially quiet at night. There is a large supermarket nearby, and the subway station is opposite the supermarket, which is very convenient!

owels, bedspreads, the walls of the room are stained, the mattress is a bit hard, and there is a lot of stained on the wall of the shower room as well. Also, the door to the room was a bit difficult to open.

The area of the hotel was very silent and nice. It’s not located in the main area of Milan but is good for people who’s looking for a place with good transport and arriving to central places fast. The metro station located 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and there is a big supermarket 3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The room has been cleaned every day. The breakfast had offered variety of food including breads, cheese, fruits, eggs, sweets and drinks .

Easy access ~ 1 hour by train from/to Malpensa airport(MXP) to Milano central station + by metro 5 stations on M3 till Affori Centro station that is in 400 m from the hotel. Very interesting engineering building - 2 separate building that are linked between them by central positioned 2 lifts large enough running smoothly. Very large room - really large! Entrance into the rooms are practically from the open area - during the wintertime is cold enough, expect to wear good for the moving downstairs by lift or stairs for the breakfast or reception desk. Despite that our room was very warm even without switched-on heating system. After switching-on heating the rise of the temperature was very fast, but we mostly has not used it during the night being too hot inside. For smoking persons, each rooms has personal balcony with installed ashtray quite convenient to avoid exit from the building especially during winter time. Good breakfast, large variety of fresh bakery. Fruits, milk, tea, coffee and even fresh honey. Warm dishes - only eggs(omelet) and bacon/sausages. Supermarket is available in proximity ~ 300 m from the hotel.

Everything was perfect, we haven't experienced any discomfort or constraints during our stay.

It is clean, the room is comfortable the air conditioning it is very good and strong which is a plus with the heat in summer time The bathroom is big enough it has shampoo and body wash and and shower is outstanding we all loved it LOL! The staff is friendly The hotel it is far from the city center but it is very close to the subway station which it is good, there is a supermarket nearby in case you want to buy something … if you don’t mind the 9stops at the subway Go for it
