Location, amenities, space and attentive staff at the hotel lobby.

Had some issues with wifi but these were addressed promptly by staff. At the moment a metro station is being built right in front (Dei Amici) which means the sidewalk is somewhat dug up and many trucks and cranes etc but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Great location about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the Duomo for this enormous one-bedroom apartment available for the price of a hotel room, or less. And they accepted my tiny dog! Everything was exceptionally comfortable, the decor was simple, modern and very comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with essentials, and the wifi flawless. For questions or to arrange a taxi, there is always someone at the hotel desk next door. And the shower was a hoot -- colored lights, music, a "dashboard" and huge interior with a bench. I've never seen a shower that looked like an intergalactic space craft. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is great and big! Very good for traveling for work for several days/weeks. Confortable bed, big restroom, big shower, good kitchen, closet...

The building is very old and doesn't match the apartment. We were surprised when we arrived at the building, it looks like an office building without enough maintenance; but once you are inside the apartment you forget thew ugly building. Also, there was a big construction just outside the building that I'm sure will take long to finish, take that into account if you plan to sleep until late.

The location and staff were great. There was not a washing machine in our suite, as stated in the room amenities, but the Hotel laundered our clothes.

There was no housekeeping service during our 4 night stay. No kettle in our room and we had to get one from the Hotel. Our microwave oven broke down twice. The second time it froze was the morning we had to depart for the train. Our breakfast was stuck in there and we could not get any help at 5am. The internet connection was quite slow and unreliable. We had to use our phone's data most of the time.

Ultra modern smart facility and spacious, really loved the apartment. I stayed in Duomo. The staff were nice and helpful too, breakfast was good. I had no issues…

At the time of booking, It was not included that their was ‘ no cleaning service’ so I met waste from the previous day on my return next day. However the apartment were quick to send a cleaner to give me clean towels and take the waste after I called. Suggestion: it should be included during the time of booking that cleaning is not included and state what sort of cleaning service the apartments have access to.

Beautiful clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Good shower. great to have a dishwasher. Great location, easy reach of the metro. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Door entry system on external door sometimes didn’t work. Needed more kitchen equipment eg sharp knife, we might have wanted to cook. Entry hall and stairs dingy didn’t match the stunning apartment. Lift tiny Quite noisy in the mornings from the university students.

Very friendly hosts and particularly great to have apartment facilities but also neighboring hotel concierge/staff on hand to make stay comfortable and stress free. Excellent location, close to cool bars and restaurants in Navigli area and also to centre and Cathedral for sightseeing, shopping and easy transport. Room facilities were brand new and exceptionally clean, light airy space with everything you could want is provided - dishwasher, fresh towels, wine glasses, black out blinds etc. Particularly great shower with eucalyptus scent and relaxing modes.

The apartment is located in a busy area of city so comes with some noise but that is to be expected and I found the apartment was well sound proofed but light sleepers might wish to bring earplugs.

The shower in one of the two apartments we rented was a spa shower. Very cool and oversized with a stone bench, aromatherapy, and lights. Very spacious and comfortable stay all around.

The street had construction, and finding the apartment inside the building was difficult. We checked in at the adjoining Hotel Pierre. Max was a wonderful host. He gave us complimentary croissants and coffee before we left. He went above and beyond with his attentiveness. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

The location is wonderful: close to Duomo, shopping streets, Castello Sforzesco. The room is clean, well equipped. Decent wi-fi, I and my wife needed to connect to videocall at the same time, all went smoothly.

One evening there was no hot water. Staff offered us to move to another room for one night and gave the free breakfast, and hot water came back the next morning, so all in all nothing terrible, but it wasn't pleasant. Also we didn't like that AC is not controlled from the room, instead one needs to call someone from the staff.

New, modern, renovated apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our one night in Milan. Nicely located in city center- walkable to tourist sights and airport train. Staff at Pierre hotel handled check in efficiently and helped us get early morning taxi.
