10/10, we loved this place, it is so peaceful and beautiful. The rooms were fantastic and large. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip so far! The lovely host was fantastic and welcoming. Will recommend to anyone we know wanting to visit.

The location is abit far if you are only using public transport (bus 760 comes very close but only leaves every 30mins - 1 hour and the bus 1 come more frequently but with 15minute walk). We would recommend this place if you have a car as they have great parking facilities and it’s nice being slightly out of town. For sure worth it!

The breakfast was excellent with good selection of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and delicious cakes and breads. The room was very spacious with a huge bathroom, the property was nicely appointed. Location was great as we were booked for dinner into their restaurant Antica Moka which was just down the road - the meal was astonishingly good!

My only comment here would be that the bed was a little disappointing, it was a good bed but not the best compared to the rest of our journey - this is a minor niggle.

More than anything, the staff was exceptionally kind and aim to please the guests. The first unit (small flat separated from the main building) we were lodged in didn't have any functional heating, except for an AC in the bedroom. During a modest yet still a great breakfast, we mentioned it to Veronica (<3), and immediately she went to check it and offered us the best available unit with no bother from our part, just packing our bags and she'll take care of it all. Wonderful costumer service, you are the BEST! This unit was so much better than the first one, highly recommended (see pics).

As said before, the first unit we were lodged in didn't have functional radiators and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at best. Luckily, it was late and we were very tired. In addition, the distance from Modena city center and the rarity of, should I say even lack of, public transport. There is a taxi service available via WhatsApp. Yeah, for Italian numbers. The system ignores messages received from foreign numbers. We had to ask for favors from random people, wasn't fun at all but grazie mille, all the good ppl of Modena!

The beds we’re comfortable, great shower, breakfast was exceptional! Veronica and the de Songi team were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Always available when we had a question or needed recommendations. Would definitely stay again! Team also operates restaurant Antica Moka which has excellent meals and service!

Heater not working initially, but was sorted promptly after informing the management.

Parking was wonderful. We requested a ground floor and we had an amazing room. It was three large rooms with a huge shower! Air con worked great and they have a wonderful lady who checked us in and gave us breakfast with fresh cakes!

You need a car to go into Modena but we knew that when we booked and was no problem since we had a car. Nothing I didn’t like everything was great.

The place is quite and peaceful and it is fully equipped with everything you need. I really liked the style of the apartment, including the furniture and paintings. The staff is simply amazing. I had the pleasure to meet the owner of the place and Mrs Veronica. they were so lovely and available to meet all my requests. The breakfast was an additional plus. I totally recommend this place for having a great time away! enjoy

Stylish accommodation with a spacious room/suite which was comfortable and clean. The staff were so helpful and breakfast was delicious. We recommend you try the cakes made by their sister restaurant (Antica Moka) and the coffee was delicious. It’s worth a visit.

There was nothing to dislike.

This is a butique hotel that cares about its guests at maximum level. From check-in till check-out the contact people at the hotel were proactively guiding us through the room and all other procedures. 5 star quality breakfast at a very affordable rate thanks to the owners vision and passion for cooking. I would love to come back. Big thanks to all the staff!

The room are huge and clean. It has a smart T.V. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

The breakfast is constant and lack of vegetables. It's out of the city and it means you need to have a car. Like all other places, when the sun goes out, the room is lit All channels are in Italian

pretty much everything. it’s a beautiful complex of rooms; our room, which was huge, had a lot of privacy. was super clean, super quiet and well equipped. Breakfast , while not with huge selection had plenty to stuff a grown man with fresh regional products. above all - super friendly and lovely service. If we’re ever back in Modena - that’s the place we’ll be back to.

the bed was slightly on the soft side, and the location is not central (so we used the car, a probably there’s a bus).
