Nice complex. Kids playground , clean surroundings , free parking space, helpful staff. The room was big, spacious with all utilities for a small kitchen. clean bathroom. Good pressure at the shower. Big terrace with some garden. The complex has a swimming pool. The beds were comfortable , big pillows.

If i were to be extra picky i might say that the tv in the room is a bit small. But since i was there enjoying the other places outside it didnt bother me at all.

The location is good and peaceful. Not so far from the highway. The landlady is very helpful. We had some problems with the toll and it was hard to solve with only english, so she helped us and made some calls to find out how to solve our problem. We are very grateful.

The apartments were large clean and nicely situated around the pool. Lots of furniture for outside also which was nice.

The kitchen was very small there was no kettle or toaster which was a pity, the staff had no English and gave out and didn't like when things were requested it seemed a bother to them. The town was a 10 minute walk with no footpaths on some roads. There were only 1 or 2 restaurants open at this time of year so a rental car was necessary to go anywhere as there was nothing in Moniga town in October.

The pool although was smaller than it looks in photos, apartments were ok as a base and quiet location

Advertises restaurant and bar but open specific hours and won’t allow check in or out until specific times, we arrived late and was accommodated, key and apartment details provided and asked to return at 11am following morning after check out was completed to complete check in, when I went back she requested I return at 4pm because that’s when they do check in, first full day was then to accommodate that because they weren’t accommodating any other way unless it was within the hours specified. requested kettle and toaster but was a mini kettle only and plugs were not suitable for the mains for the kettle or the coffee machine and no toaster. Staff were hit and miss on being pleasant and when asked about opening times for food, our 16 year old daughter was told it’s not a restaurant and they only provide a few items, left us feeling custom for food wasn’t wanted. Another day when asked when the bar and restaurant was open was told 8pm and food was ice creams so couldn’t guarantee being able to get any food from 8pm when they reopened. Check out is specified by 10am but doesn’t state can’t do it before 9am, we tried leaving just after 8 so we could stop half way for breakfast as a 30 min walk to the bus stop but was closed, luckily the maintenance man was cleaning the pool so was able to ask him opening times and was told 9am, walked suitcases up to the main square and left my family to have breakfast whilst I walked back to check out for 9am

It’s totally exaggerated to say there is a kitchen for cooking. That’s just for emergency, in order to heat something quickly. But it’s no cooking area. Besides the apartment which we had was for 5 people, but not even enough room to store clothing for 3 people. We had to live practically out of the suitcase.

The air conditioning in our room broke down at the beginning of our trip. We asked every day if someone could come and fix it - no one came. Also, there was no hand soup and very little toilet paper...
