We discovered this B&B by chance and at the last minute after an exhausting car journey from Prague to Sicily. We have been coming to this beautiful region for almost ten years now, but we had never had such great accommodation before. The owner waited for us until long after midnight, helped us park the car and we ordered breakfast for the morning. The rooms in the historic stone building near the centre are remarkably tasteful and imaginative with a modern minimalist design. The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, the cotton sheets and towels are perfectly clean, the air conditioning works, there is a small fridge, all very practical, not cluttered with decorations, comfortable, efficient and yet beautiful. Breakfast is served outside in the courtyard in a pleasant setting. The service is friendly, helpful, family-like, so you don't want to leave. We will definitely be happy to return.

My boyfriend and I liked everything there, it's a beautiful old building that was renovated in a perfect way. You can see the old estetic stonewall and at the same time the room is really modern and new. Daniele and his brother are amazing hosts, always available for all of our questions and ready to give us a lot of very good recommendations. And last but not least - the breakfast. It was amazing, I think it was the best breakfast I ever had in a Hotel! Thank you very much for everything! :) We highly recommend this place, it's perfect!

Daniele and his hospitality are simply outstanding! Advice, attention, care, recommendations and help - it is simply not enough to explain how welcome we felt here. Gratefulness and somewhat awe is what the feeling was leaving Montallegro. The place has a nice vibe, rooms are new and very clean, there is a cosy yard where you can enjoy breakfast and sun and fresh air. The place itself also has an interesting history behind. Speaking of breakfast, don't think twice, it is very good Italian breakfast. You won't find a better one. Feeling very lucky to have spend two nights in this place. One of the brightest memories from Sicily. Rare moment when 10/10 is more than deserved!

First of all, the host and his wife were very friendly, spoke English and provided a wealth of information of all key destinations in the region. Accomodation is clean, located in a small town unspoilt by tourisam and very close to wonderful Torre Salsa natural reserve, probably the lovelest sandy beach in Agrigento region. Breakfast is excellent, with pastries provided by local bakery and fresh fruit of choice. This accomodation also has a very pleasent outdoors area where sometimes breakfast is being served, or where you can enjoy an evining of leisure. We felt welcome at this place, and would gladily visit again if road brings us back to these parts.

We did not encounter any issues. Everything was top notch. If I have to say something negative, I complain on nature sending a couple of wasps, that caused breakfast to be served inside :-)

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of tasty stuff and coffee was excellent. Daniele was very helpful in providing info, suggestions and general support. Exactly what you would want from a host. I would stay there again and would recommend as a destination location.

The rooms could have a better acoustic insulation. You could hear if person walked or turned in bed in the room above.

The room was just like the pictures, well equipped and spacious. Daniele was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, including fresh croissants from a local bakery.

Beautifully renovated old house, warm welcome, excellent breakfast in the backyard. Easy parking nearby. Great beaches 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended. Thank you for wonderful stay.
