Everything. Could not fault the stay from start to finish. All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel special and Donatella was an amazing host who showed us what exceptional customer service looks like! The room was perfect, breakfast and lunch outstanding, every time we ordered drinks at the pool the staff would give us free nibbles and snacks with no hesitation. The best hotel.

We love the property area , I understand the property like to presentation the hotel like luxury hotel but in room amenities should have a coffee machine or water boiling for the guest. And should have 2 water bottle complimentary in room. The bathroom is so nice.

I thought we been there with a late season, so that why everything around hotel is look quiet. But I’m sure if we travelling there in the summer season may-September the island will be nice with tourist and not quiet.

A lovely small hotel in the heart of Procida - a perfect break after the hustle and bustle of Naples. The room was small but very comfortable with a front terrace just off the main pool area. The shower was just lovely. The pool area was very relaxing with a nice bar serving light lunch and drinks. Breakfast was included and was very generous - lots of cake!

I think the bed could have been a little more comfortable but everything else was great

Breakfast -Great variety, cooked whatever I wanted, fresh vegies, fruit, cheeses etc. The grounds of the hotel were wonderful, and the staff were always looking for ways to please me.eg always offering a coffee. On checking in I was sat down and given a full run down of what's on offer on the island and where I should go for activities that I was interested in.

We are so pleased that we chose Insula Boutique Hotel. The staff were very attentive and took care of everything we needed. The hotel is just the right size: big enough for you to feel that your getaway not being encroached on yet small enough for you to receive consistently excellent service from the hotel staff. The breakfast was also outstanding, particularly the local pastries and broad variety of juices.

A small issue was the shower didn’t hold the temperature. This was especially disappointing on our final morning where we had to be awake very early and couldn’t get any hot water to wake us up.

The hotel was an oasis of peace and quiet. Donatella and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful in suggesting places to walk and eat. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a poolside room with a large outdoor space to sit and relax.The pool was set in an attractive garden and was refreshing after sightseeing. Fantastic hotel - highly recommended

The Insula hotel is an excellent place to stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival from Donnatella and the team and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms are a lovely standard, big and very clean with an outdoor area to relax. Lunch was also a very high standard. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed at Insula for three nights during our visit to Procida. Everything at the hotel was perfect. The pool was beautiful - we used it everyday during our visit. The staff and breakfast were wonderful also.

The property and all of the Insula team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a pleasure to meet all of the team and they helped make my week a very special one for my 40th birthday.

Friendly and very helpful staff, nice clean quiet airconditioned rooms, beautiful gardens and pool with poolside service! Dinner on Friday evening was top! Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommended!
