Fantastic spa facilities, has a Lidl next door which was very handy, large room but slightly dated however still clean

was a 30-40 min walk from avellino centre and had to arrange the taxi the night prior for the events we had arranged. Breakfast was limited and there were a lot of flies around the food but was maybe time of year?

The mattress was so comfy and the spa was amazing ! Also my room 106 had an issue with a noise from air con but the staff was amazing and changed the room as soon as I mentioned it. All perfect

I had to walk from the bus stop to the hotel with 30 kilos luggage for a big trip. I wish a pick up had be arranged but on the way back I ordered a taxi.

the breakfast was the only thing that I did not like...there were only sweet cakes and croissants but the choice for a savory breakfast was very poor (just bread, ham and cheese)

Very good value for money stay, close to the autostrada. Room was large, modern and clean. Staff were friendly.

Personal did not speak English or French and they were not very kind. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Breakfast was very poor. To access the swimming pool there is a supplement of 50 euros, this was not indicated anyware on the reservation.

I was expecting a bit more from a 4 stars hotel. the room was very dated, the bathroom looked old and not well functioning. there was a hair in the bathtub and some used cigarettes next to the window. The kettle and coffee facilities were also not available. the only good thing was the comfortable mattress. breakfast had a good selection, although i found some mould on one cake which the waiter sent it back to the kitchen as soon as I showed him, but he never came to apologize. it was an mediocre stay.. i was expecting way more. we didn’t use the spa facilities because they were not included in the price but i guess the hotel is big because of the spa. i had a chance to check the gym and that is really good, there is a good quality kit and a lot of different machines.

Paid an extra €70 for upgrade. The TV wasn't working properly, had to be replaced. Fridge wasn't working and was resolved after 2 days. On Check In was just given the key - no info about hotel. No bar staff, no beer. Poor service of lift, so ended walking upstairs. Deteriorated rapidly since our last visit 4 years ago.

breakfast - lack of local italian fresh bread, most products are industrial and not eco friendly or not from around agricultural farming (Campania produces lovely local products) - wrapped up in plastic small bags - butter had strong smell as it has been left out - coffee breakfast- you need to keep asking and then when the second coffee arrives the waiter does not take away the empty cup. at breakfast arrival, there is no waiter to welcome you. You just left to wonder what to do or where to get things. room was the worse - one cushion had a hole, sheet cover not warm enough, no kettle, no tea bags, or herbal tea, no glass to drink, plastic glass again :( the receptionist was welcoming and mentioned that this is best resort spa in the region when we left. I would have expected a greater service at breakfast and room comfort for a 4 star graded spa hotel. very disappointing in the whole. Hope this helps this hotel graded 4 star to improve the food and service in the future.
