The hotel is incredible, the staff are amazing, it’s literally a 15 minute walk to the town centre or a 2 minute journey in the hotel shuttle bus (which is included… crazy!) The breakfast, one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the view is to die for… it’s literally my new favourite place. Thank you for an incredible long weekend stay!

There is quite honestly nothing not to love. maybe the bar closing at 11… but the. Roberto the barman is a legend and if you sweet talk him might keep it open 🤣

Garda Hotel Forte Charme tells its guests that it has the best views of Lake Garda. This is quite true. I loved my room, one of the best in a corner of the hotel facing the lake. One morning (early) I saw the moon shimmering over the lake. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle drive Timmy was super! Cristina at the front desk was super efficient and when my ride didn't show found me another driver in 2 minutes flat. The food at nearby restaurant Al Fortino was superb. Breakfast was excellent!

I didn't much care for the buffet supper. I think this was because it was not really Italian food but something that was aimed more at pleasing the many German tourists who were there at the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a relaxed vacation. There is an amazing pool area, with sunbeds, a swimming pool and a whirlpool. Our room was modern and spacious and we even got a free upgrade so we could enjoy the amazing view on the lake from the balcony. A big highlight is also the breakfast, there’s a huge variety at the buffet and you can order stuff like waffles, pancakes or egg dishes freshly from the kitchen. Also the staff members are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Overall we had a great time here and would come back anytime.

Well located up the hill from Torbole but the hotel operates a shuttle to Torbole. Beautiful views of Lake Garda and Riva del Garda almost from all areas of the hotel. Very good selection for breakfast and hotel staff also go round tables to take orders for freshly prepared omelettes, pancakes and waffles. In the afternoon the hotel offered free tea/coffee, finger food and cakes. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. On checking out the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from the region which I though was a nice gesture.

My wife burnt her hand on the electric kettle in the room because the cut off switch was not working well. The frigo was unplugged when we arrived.

A group of a very well prepared team working together. Fantastic team of 3 managers when you arrive and leave, and during the time you stay. They took care of all the business and guests. An excellent well-prepared team of waiters, cleaners, chiefs, managers, and fixers, with special kudos for a guy with long hair and a biblical name, maybe Elias or Eneas or very similar to it, and sorry if I am mistaken. Also, the very friendly and sweet Anna, and Mikael or something like that, even though his name is pronounced Michael, he writes it differently, and his background is in Archaeology. So if you go there, you will get to know him too. Th view of the hotel is simply outstanding! The food is also very good.

Easy to walk downhill from the hotel, but a bit hard is an uphill walk. :-) Prepare yourself. The only ''less likable'' situation was the airconditioned noise and an issue, but after we complained, they took care and fixed it, which was excellent afterward. The hotel is fantastic, and hard to find any negative thing. You will love it!

Very nice view from the pool and breakfast zone. Pool, jackuzi, pool bar was good, very friendly and smiling staff. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Shuttle to the town and back to hotel. Amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Restaurant across the street - drinks were good, but food, could be more options to chose from.

We enjoyed our stay at Garda Hotel Forte Charme. Incredible view, free shuttle to the town and back, bottle of vine was a lovely gift on check out. Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful swimming pool area with jacuzzi.

Everybody in review was mentioning that stuff is super friendly. I didn’t have this experience. According the reviews I was expecting warmer and more personal welcoming. No big deal. Maybe I am just being picky:)

We had a wonderful stay at Garda Hotel Forte Charme. There is wonderful view to Lake Garda from the room, the pool, dining area and fitness. The stuff is very kind and friendly. The room was clean and spasious with very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is exceptional. There is also a snack and tea/coffee each afternoon between 3:30-5:00 p.m. We will definitely be back.

1. in my opinion the location of the hotel on google maps is wrong (the pin is pinned to the street below); I suggest someone check the coordinates; we drove practically the entire neighborhood before we got to the hotel :) 2. the nearest town is quite far away for a return trip :); you have to rely on the shuttle bus to get into town which by the way is not an issue; shuttle bus works perfectly and timely
