check in method; the fact that I got hacked messages from someone pretending that it was this B&B; I don’t like how do you open the room door, there is a video but still I would never turn cylinder, i was turning door knob and it was not opening. I don’t like that there was no duvet cover, this is definitely not hygienic.

Our room was bright, clean, newly decorated and comfortable. We had two sets of French windows opening to views of the old town. The staff were very helpful on WhatsApp, and the housekeeper too. The location was fabulous for the old town, and also for getting around the city. There was ample space to store our bicycles too.

I didn’t like being reliant on my phone for accessing the building and the room, because the wifi signal wasn’t good. There was no breakfast provided, though there were good local cafes and grocery stores.

The room was ok and we were welcomed very friendly. The owner just changed and so the new owner contacted me one day before the trip and sent me all infos.

the offer was with breakfast and on the pictures you see a nice breakfast with coffee and fresh cornetto. We had a lunchbox with rusk and some other packaged stuff. the bathroom was ok, but the running water was a bit difficult to use. you just could have hot water because when you turned it to cold the water pressure wasnt enough, so there was no water.

Very nice hotel. Located very central, quite clean, stylish and cosy. Easy key system via internet.

It is a bit noisy as it is located close to the street. So-called balcony is not a real balcony, and can not be properly used. Luggage storage is located about 15 min by foot in the opposite direction from the train station (but very close to the stop of the bus to the airport). Quite dirty surrounding (but this is normal in Neapol).

Staff were excellent, great location, great size room and super comfortable bed

It was a little tricky to get into the hotel as it was automated entry using a link on your phone and so if you didn’t have battery/ internet you couldn’t get in and the reception isn’t manned. We later found out there was a key but that wasn’t clear and so we didn’t ever use it. I feel this could have been made simpler using a normal key/ card system.

Was a little worried by street pictures but felt safe once we got there. Easy walk to the train station, tour start, and historic areas. Neat and clean. Near Spuzzuliamm restaurant, which had excellent pizza.

The only issue was that the shower didn't drain well, but I'm sure that will be fixed for the next guest as it seems well ran.

Great price&performance, the host is very nice - he gave us very good advice for places where to eat and what to see, and was in general very welcoming. The location of the house is very good - close to the central station, not far to the promenade and the main sightseeing points. The house felt safe - downstairs doors were locked during night (we were given a key), then there was a key and another door with a code for the b&b, and a key for our room, of course. Very close to the house are at least two pizza places with michelin stars, and we tried one of them - pizza was very good.

It did not bother us very much, but we stayed in the room next to the b&b's entrance and every morning we woke up earlier because of the noise the doors make when they are opened and closed.

- Very good location, central train station and port can be reached by foot (surroundings little bit dirty) - Cleanliness was okay - Modern furniture - Breakfast in the room possible - Staff was very friendly - Price-quality ration perfect!!

- Naples is a very loud city. We had a room at the street and it was really very loud. But I think every hotel/ apartment has that problem in Naples! We needed ear plugs to get some sleep. - Wi-Fi was not available in the room, only in the lobby. - No breakfast buffet

Beautiful apartment in the central location, very close to the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, in a tipical napoletean street. There is a self check in to the apartment and we didn’t have any contact with the host. Room was very clean with a huge bathroom. Very good option for exploring the Naples.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with a beautiful urban view of the street outside. The breakfast was quite good, and Pier Paolo (the host) was really helpful and provided us with a lot of info about attractions and recommendations for food.

Even though the room was nice, it wasn’t as clean as we expected. First of all, the bath tub was a bit dirty. Secondly, there was a tear on both sides of the pillow case, which we expected to be replaced by the cleaning staff on the 2nd day, but it wasn’t. Overall in terms of cleanliness not bad, but not great either.
