Everything. Dario and his father Angelo were very kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The building was in a great location downstairs from a bakery/café and 10 minute walk to an amazing gelato place Mennella that makes its gelatos from the best local ingredients . The best experience for me though was that I got to stay at a B&B that has a passion for making their clients feel at home and celebrates the love of Pino Danielle, my favorite Neapolitan rock star. Dario and his father have made Terra Mia a labor of LOVE🎸🤩🧿 Dario has vinyl of Pino’s albums and CDs throughout the B&B with descriptions to follow. He has a record player electric guitar which is amazing. He will play whatever song you wish to hear without hesitation. Loved staying here and wish I could have stayed another night!! Great place to relax. Close to all attractions within walking distance. There are two metro lines nearby. Safe location. Large, spacious, clean room. Cleaning took place every day. Very good breakfast. Great hosts Dario and Angelo, always ready to help and give valuable advice on where to visit. Be aware that Naples is a very noisy city and you can't hide from the noise anywhere, even at night. So, if someone is a very light sleeper, I advise you to take earplugs with you.) When leaving, get ready to pay another city tax, which is not included in the price. Thank you. All liked it.

This was a beautiful accomodation hosted by Angelo, an exceptionally pleasant man. Everything was great, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was typical Italian with Napolitan pastries and fresh coffee made by our host. An excellent location very near to the Napoli Centro storico. We will definitely come back to Napoli and book Terra Mia again!

This was the 2nd year in a row that my gf and I stayed at Terra Mia. Our experience last summer was so great that we checked the availability as soon as we booked our trip to Napoli. The entire B&B is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and Angelo is a very kind and gracious host. Considering you get a decent breakfast with a coffee of your choice, the value for the money is great. As far as distance, it's about a 20 minute walk from Napoli Central, 10 minutes to the historical center, and 25 minutes to Quartieri Spagnoli. All in all, great place, friendly and helpful staff, safe location, great value for the money, and an ideal place for couples. Highly recommend!

The card reader was down so I was forced to pay in cash. Not a huge inconvenience, but it's always better to have the option.

- the bathroom could be a little bit more clean (the walls of the shower) - the water in the shower is draining slowly - the breakfast only includes sweets

Position of the property is very good and it is safe and secure. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We liked just about everything- our only request would have been for a savoury option at breakfast. What was on offer was good, but everything was sweet. The coffee was very good!

The hotel is near the Archeological Museum, within walking distance from the city's historical center. The breakfast was delicious with different fresh sweet pastries. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned every day. Everything was perfect!

the 600 year old building, with a very nice owner. great hospitality. close to the city center, quite a modest breakfast selection, but a very good coffee and an atmosphere, where the owner played italian music on a gramophone and chatted to you. nice and cosy room with airco, fridge and a small tv, nicely furnished. there was a small bathroom which we didnt mind though. overall, we loved the stay mostly for its location, classic style and a lovely personnel

Hotel is in perfect location, not far from subway and from the main street, but still very quiet. The room was tidy, large enough and well equipped. The owners are very nice people, nothing was problem for them. Should I visit Napoli again, this would be definitely my choice.

Entering this little oasis just steps away from the din of Naples streets was like stepping into another world. This independent hotel is obviously a labor of love, and the eye for detail with which it is furnished is whimsical and heartwarming. A visit to Naples in the Christmas season was an unforgettable experience first and foremost due to the extraordinary hosting provided by father Angelo and son Dario. We loved everything about the place, from the warm ambiance of the Christmas lights projected on the living room wall to the old records Angelo would play for us as we ate our breakfast made up largely of exquisite pastries including pistachio sfogliatella. A football and music-themed hotel run by the two kindest and most attentive men in all Naples! You'll land on your feet when you choose to stay here.
