You are called a bed and breakfast even ask us to rate the breakfast but don’t offer breakfast?? Martina your receptionist was brilliant very patient and very kind.

Your accommodation is best described as an oasis or palace in the middle of a-war zone. The location Is atrocious.

The room was very clean and pretty spacious for what we expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and it was pretty close to the airport so that was nice. Check out was at 10am but there was an option for our luggage to stay at Buono, so we wouldn’t have to carry it around the whole day waiting for our next flight.

the beds were pretty hard and not the most comfortable but it was fine for the one night we stayed there.

Dante was very kind in helping us when we arrived a little too early before our check in. The rooms were very clean and all of the staff were helpful. They called us cabs for the next morning to get to the airport.

We thought we were going to get breakfast since it was called a B & B. But maybe that was our mistake being from the United States. There wasn't anything (restaurants, etc) within a reasonable walking distance - but we did stay on an Italian holiday which couldn't be avoided, so not much was open. We walked a distance to find something that was open.

As you pull up to the hotel, the neighborhood looks a bit seedy and daunting. We were worried. But then the hotel appears - a marble oasis! It is clean, safe, lovely, helpful staff, has a few available parking spots for rent - in short, it was perfect and would definitely stay again!

There is only someone staffing the desk from 230-9pm or so, We were told someone is also there in the morning - we had an early flight and were trying to reach someone to help print boarding passes but no one was there at 7am and there was no way to reach anyone . Would help to have an after hours phone number at least to call with questions.

Lovely room, very clean and good air con. Very secure accommodation and car parking! The host helped us order a takeaway pizza which we ate in the terrace. Really lovely. It wasn’t in close proximity to a restaurant but we were delighted with a take-away as we were catching a flight the following morning.

There was no breakfast and this was the only issue, so perhaps they need to amend the name to Guest house rather than B&B! Note it is under the flight path, but this didn’t bother us and flights don’t go through the night! Fab stay otherwise!

The staff was very kind and very helpful. Professional and nice. The apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed for the night!

The fact that the code was provided by the reception staff and that code gave direct access to the room made us a little unsafe. We suggest that the code to be delivered to the client through an application and in this case the client and only him to know it.

The staff were super lovely and flexible with arrival time. Room was superb with marble floor, high ceilings and was very clean too. Good sized room with plenty of space. Slightly out of the way but an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

The water temperature in the shower kept changing without moving the handle.

This is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. It is difficult to locate by car so if you are staying there to be close to the airport to catch a flight, I would recommend arriving and departing by taxi which is very convenient. There is a very clean and very private patio where you can sit and wait for your room to be available.

You have to walk or taxi to a place to eat lunch and dinner. That was not a problem for our group but it is a consideration for your stay.

We stayed in this hotel only for one night. Hotel was very clean, rooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The time we were in Italy there was a Taxi strike so it was very difficult to find a ride, but the gentleman at the reception helped us find a private cab. We had a very early flight in the morning so we booked this hotel, Location to the Airport is only 10 minutes away with no traffic.
