Very central and clean modern rooms with comfortable bed and nice continental breakfast. Well noise insulated as anyone who knows Naples will appreciate. The manager Antonio was very helpful and helped us with our cases both ways. Having been in Sorrento for a wedding we had more luggage than usual. He and the lady who served us breakfast were very friendly. Antonio offered help with dining suggestions and places to visit as well as taxi booking. There was an issue with the air conditioning whilst we were there and I could see it was a stressful issue but he acted very professionally and made sure we were comfortable and did all he could for it not to inconvenience us. A very big help was allowing us to leave our cases for a while until our taxi pick up which was very helpful indeed. Entrance is from the street through the gallery of a shop but you have your own keys for the main door and a contactless entry for your room. Everything is modern and up to date.

Stairs but that’s minor and you will find the same issue all over Naples due to the way b&bs are in apartment buildings for the most part.

I was very sceptical to book this because I do not have experience with B&Bs but I went off the reviews they have which are all very good. I am so glad I chose this one! The location couldn’t be better- right next to metro and in the middle of everything you need. I was worried about it being above a shop but when I saw the others in the area in alleyways and dark backstreets, I was happy to be staying there. It had everything we needed, comfortable, minimal and clean. They provide a breakfast tray in the morning which is just the right thing to start the day and having a balcony was a real treat. The property initially looks a bit strange as you have to go through the shop but it was very safe and no trouble at all. Very well sound proofed and the doors are self locking so you don’t have to worry about people not locking them. Finally, the owners are great. They contacted us ahead of the booking to see if we needed anything and you can contact them on WhatsApp at any time. Thanks so much for a great stay, would 100% recommend and stay again.

The only things I’d like to see if I stayed again is for underneath the beds to be hoovered as it was quite dusty and not good for allergies and the shower didn’t drain properly on the first day but it seemed like they sorted it on the second.

The location is great, being in the city centre of Napoli there are plenty of key attractions nearby. Napoli Centrale is about 15 minutes in a car or 30 minutes walk, which we didn't mind as there is plenty to see on the way. The room was spacious, modern and quiet. Breakfast is served in the room on a trolly which we really enjoyed and you can choose what time. Fresh coffee, juice, croissants, yogurt are some of the items we received. Antonio is brilliant, from day one was extremely helpful and informative, He gave us a map and circled key locations and things to do. Also texted us with day trips and restaurant/bar recommendations. Carmela is also wonderful, who serves the breakfast and cleans the rooms. Lastly Antonio was always available if you wanted any information or issues.

The location was absolutely fantastic; everything was on your doorstep. The property felt minimal and clean; I could compare it to a UK Ibis. After staying at another property before this, we felt a little deflated. The photos make the property look better. It needed some TLC. We loved that the room was very soundproof considering the noise outside. The little balcony was cute, great to sit and watch the world in action. We had to depart early so breakfast provided by local cafe was a nice touch.

The drain in the shower floods; you had to remove it so the water could drain. No milk for tea

The location was so convenient -- right across the street from the metro station, and within walking distance to a lot of things to do in Naples. It was a little tricky to find at first since it is actually located on the upper floor of a shoe store, but just look out for the CityKey Napoli sign on the building. Even though it is busy outside, the place is really quiet inside the building and we slept very well. Make sure to check your emails and notify the manager of your estimated arrival time since the front desk is not 24/7! We forgot to notify them which was our fault, so we had to wait 30 min before someone could arrive to check us in, but they were very responsive and the check in process was smooth. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We would stay here again!

It is a modern, clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed for a good night rest :) Antonio is an excellent host and was helpful from the first day, helped me with day trips, restaurant/bar recommendations, drop off to the airport and exceeded my exceptions! You will not be disappointed if you book this place, I will definitely look forward to staying here again. Carmela is also a wonderful staff who serves the breakfast and cleans the room :) For my first time in Naples, I think it's important to stay central and this accommodation is in the centre of Naples and close to good food/drinks areas like Piazza Bellini, Chiaia, San Pasquale and Quartiei Spagnoli and the central shopping street via Toldo which is close to all the great restaurant, bars and shopping! You have a metro station in front of the building and many more in walking distance!

Everything was great!

I am delighted with our stay. The location is excellent for exploring Napoli on foot, and having the Metro right in front of the building is very convenient. The room is lovely, just as on the pictures, with a great view. The bed is very comfortable, and breakfast is delivered to the room at the desired time, allowing you to enjoy it on the balcony. Street is noisy, but the effective isolation ensures peace when the windows are closed, so no worries for that. I felt safe throughout my stay. Host is cool! Highly recommended

Antonio is a great manager of the property. His communication had been quick and allowed us for a seamless checkin. Property location is central and key attractions of the city are within a very a short distance. Property is clean and seems to be recently renovated.

Unfortunately AC in the room was not working properly and we found that after our late checkin on Friday night around 2200 hours. Luckily, a fan was available. We hoped that AC will be fixed next day but it was not fixed during our stay of 3 nights, maybe its being weekend. Property acknowledged the severe inconvenience caused by this and agreed to refund the charges for one night. Breakfast was pretty average. It is served in the room on a trolly and most items are pre-packaged average quality. Quality of all items can be significantly improved; including better juice, coffee, croissants, yogurt and some fresh items like fruits can be added. Our family skipped the breakfast at the property after day one, due to its average offering.

It was a really nice stay during a very intensive week work-wise. Everyone was super welcoming, the place is nicely desgigned and located at a well-connected area of the city, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are soundproofed so no noise was coming from the outside - Napoli is a bustling city :) - and the other rooms. The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the square, and a nicely designed bathroom. Thank you to Antonio and the entire staff for a warm stay.

Situated in the middle of the very busy Piazza Dante, this lovely B&B a pleasure to stay in. the location is ideal for exploring the Centro Storico, Quartieri Spagnoli and many other locations in the old part of Naples. The rooms have well appointed decoration, marble floors, rainfall shower and climate control. Continental breakfast is served in your room and on good days you can eat on the balcony amid the mayhem that is Naples. nice toiletries provided. Plenty to see and experience from here. Would definitely return.
