Excellent location! Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was adequate but could have been better no complaints really I feel that it was good value.

A bit noisy at night - we faced the street. the hotel is in a narrow lane and you buzz through a gate to reach the courtyard. Seems a bit odd at first but it was perfectly fine and the hotel was very good.

The best aspect of my room was that it was quiet. I could hardly hear any street noise at all, which is unusual for a city centre hotel. As a result, I had 3 good nights' sleep. The room was also at just the right temperature and the bed was comfortable. The staff on reception were pleasant. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro, which makes it easy for getting around the city. The metro connects to the main railway station which, in turn, connects to the airport by Alibus.

The shower cubicle in my room was small and very close to the toilet. It could be a problem for a circumferentially challenged guest. The choices at breakfast could be improved by more cheeses and some toast.

I keep coming back to this hotel - don't even try to look for a different one. The atmosphere, immaculate clean rooms, comfort and location: all that is still top notch. Breakfast gest better every year - lots of fresh pastries, every day sth new to try. One tip - rooms in the backyard (there is the reception and breakfast hall) can be very loud at night; you can hear all guests coming back and preparations for breakfast. This can be an issue for light sleeper, so ask for room in front. Anyway - I can't wait to come back!

Breakfast was amazing! The stuff perfect. We arrived earlier then was expected and left our stuff in hotel. They gave us coffee and water as soon as we get to hotel. On the last day they called us taxi for airport. Location is PERFECT! we did sightseeing walking everything is 5min from hotel. Main metro station is minute from hotel. We were soooo satisfied and I recommend everyone this hotel. For that price Breakfast brilliant rooms extra comfy and Location is like 10 stars!!

The hotel is small and quaint and has cool decor. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The car service drivers would not drive up to the hotel on the side street so we had to pull our luggage down the cobblestone street to the main road.

The front desk staff were excellent. They were very helpful with directions and information and were always happy to help. Breakfasts had lots of selection and was plentiful.

This was my third stay in this hotel. All rooms are spacious, well designed, with lots of shelfs to place your things. Rooms in the backyard are incredibly quiet - never had such a good sleep. Comfy bathroom. Nice breakfast. Staff - friendly and helpful. Location - couldn’t think of better one: crazy Old Town is just a few steps away, so is Archeological Museum and metro. Most attractions are within wslking distance. Small but important - this hotel is designed in modern, bright, colorful way; walking around Naples makes you appreciate that. And don’t forget the ancient wall within the building!

My first time in this hotel was in 2012. Perfect location, close to Piazza Dante and Museo Archeologico, and just between Spaccanapoli and Quartieri Spagnoli. Very good quality/price ratio. Friendly and helpful staff.
