Beautiful building with interesting old features and very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect, just a small walk away from tube station, sea promenade, amazing restaurants and lovely local shops. The hotel is a peaceful heaven and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and Simona made the breakfast experience even nicer with her welcoming smile and attention to details. The art in the building is beautiful and the 1700 Presepe at the entrance is mesmerising. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly go back. Thank you to everyone at Palazzo Cappuccini. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The boutique hotel has very clean rooms, modern refurbished, while the building is mixing elegant piece of art with the austerity of a former convent. The chapel and the library are available to visit for the hotel guests. Breakfast was best in our 1-week travel along the Amalfi coast, with the very friendly Mrs Simona taking care of it (she cooks herself some of the cakes) and a great coffee. All personnel was very friendly and helped us with orientation in our Napoli first visit. Would defenetely come back!

The ambience and comfort at Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais was perfect for a good night's rest. From the moment we walked through the front doors to the time we departed, service was professional, friendly, and attentive. Security worked well. Our rooms--we had two--were clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of minimalist characteristics. Think upscale, simple monastery. Amazing artwork tastefully displayed added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast included many delicious sweets and savory choices along with fresh fruit. With cappuccino or other choice of beverage in the morning, it's a perfect way for the day to start. Great view of Vesuvius from the patio close to our room, #212. Close to the Mergellina train stop, it's location gave us access to where we needed to go in the historic, lively part of the city. (This neighborhood was relatively quiet; thick walls kept us insulated.) I'll be bookmarking this place for future stays in Napoli.

We loved our entire stay!

The location was great .very convenient for Mergellina metro and then on to the rail networks ,very near to the port ..its a very clean neighbourhood.felt safe. The room was clean the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but Nice. There was a fridge which was useful.The room was clean. The hotel is quirky.

The room was really quite small.with limited hanging space.Garden view wasn't really what you might expect more a view of a uninhabited building . Does state tea and coffee facilities but you have to request these but that's OK ,Giulia was very accommodating with this. The outside solarium wasn't available to use on our visit but there was another small terrace.

The breakfast was great when we got there on time. The staff was very friendly and kind. We needed a couple extra things during our stay (kettle, iron with ironing board) and they were really trying to fulfill all our needs. The building used to be a monastery and in some places the old interior is still visible which is great, also there's a nice view to the volcano from the back terrace.

The second day when we got to breakfast a lot of things were gone already. The location is not the best if you want to take a walk around, this is probably nothing that the hotel could influence but the streets are very dirty around.

Beautiful building, very clean, very friendly, parking on site, close to metro, close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds.

No cooked breakfast option. Would have liked fresh cooked scrambled eggs or an omelette. They did offer warm hard boiled eggs however which were nice and they had a lovely selection of fruit and pastries/cakes. Shower did not stay high on pole so made it difficult to shower.

The hotel has been beautifully refurbished, keeping some of the original features. We stayed 2 nights and found the staff friendly and very helpful. It was very clean and there was a good choice for breakfast. With regards to the location, it's quite a walking distance to the centre of Naples but the Metro is very near the hotel and so they can be accessed easily. Being away from the city centre did make the place a nice, calm environment to return to.

Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Perfect stay, beautiful comfortable room and bed , very clean Near Mergelina train station which takes u in 4 stops to the Central Station And for a town like Napels quiet !! And safe because my room had a view on the police station next to the hotel . It is an old convent ( u can see two monks in stone at the gate entrance ) They did a great job in transforming in it into a hotel Also breakfast was more then ok, everything is available Price quality great !

Location, staff really welcoming and then quiet enough for us feeling good. Materess/pillow - bed in general was good quality. Walking distance and sufficiently pleasant walk towards the seafront and marina.

The shower was broken and the toilet seat was only clean on the inside while the outside had "yellow leftovers" all on the front of it 😬

The staff was very nice. Breakfast is rich of italian croissants, yogurt, fruits, espresso, cappuccino, you will never stay hungry after this meal! Rooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable. And the hotel is really close to Metro station Mergelina - it takes about 2-3 minutes wallking. A taxi to the airport is about 26-30 euro and if there is no traffic (we had to book taxi at 3.30AM) it takes about 20 minutes driving. We are satisfied and happy to stay there.
