Although VSM was unassuming from the outside, it was a beautiful and clean property to walk into after a day of traveling. Davide was incredibly patient with us and provided a great map that he marked up with our current location and sights and restaurants to check out. The Castle and Church up the street were a most enchanting surprise. We felt very safe during our walks both days and at night after a very nice dinner. The breakfast the next day was much more than we expected and we appreciated that as we had a long trip home. The most comfortable beds for our entire trip! We will definitely stay here when next back in Napoli!

Best location, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, easy to get by public transportation. Very nice, friendly and helpful manager, always response in a minute. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They offer great breakfast. Every one we met including the chef and cleaner is friendly. I have to say, it’s one of the best hotels I have been in Europe(which is affordable for me). Don’t hesitate to book it if you like!👍

Naples tops our list of places with excellent food choices...I and my wife visited Naples for 3 days and we stayed at Villa San Martino and here is what we have to say: "Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- in heart of Vomero near to metro station which makes all the other areas of Naples very accessible... all tourist spots, shopping or heavenly eating trattorias or restaurants. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again when Im back in Naples"

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Vomero - a nice, clean, and safe district of Naples. Lots of little bars and restos to explore nearby - all within walking distances. The metro is 10 mins walk from the property that takes you to the center. The B&B itself is beautifully furnished in a nice building. Davide, the manager, was absolutely stellar. He was super helpful, gave plenty of good restaurant recommendations, and made sure I got the best transport options to Amalfi (cheaper than a lot of advertised prices). 10/10 really!

Located in quiet area. Room beautifully furnished with very comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and keen to ensure the continental breakfast met our needs, including providing gluten free choices. Main contact, Flavia very helpful communicating directions to the villa and booking taxi to airport.

Breakfast area has limited space but it is possible to eat outside.

Everything was excellent. Starting with Davide who made sure we feel welcomed, who organized everything we need to know in a very friendly manner. And then the location of the villa is amazing - it’s a little piece of heaven. we loved the silence, the green surroundings, the birds singing.

Maybe for the breakfast you can add some vegetables too. But other than this, excellent.

We loved the location of this hotel. Far away from the craziness of the historical center of Naples, but just a 5min walk away from the main area of Vomero, which is a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood in Naples. The food at restaurants nearby was some of the best we had in southern Italy. There is a metro station less than 10mins away that will take you to all the main areas of Naples, so we did not need a car. This is a smaller boutique hotel with a welcoming and helpful host. Our room was large (aside from any noise in the hallway), quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, some items were excellent and others were not. There is a nice patio if you prefer to eat outside. There are no views from the hotel, but just a few minutes away you can see the best views in Naples from the Castel St. Elmo.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Villa San Martino. The rooms are modern, luxurious, elegantly designed, and exceptionally clean. The villa is in a perfect location at the center of San Martino, close to all the Vomero Shops and transportation, though removed from the noise and traffic. The services at Villa San Martino were comparable to those of a luxury hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, it had good variety and a nice selection of sweets from a local bakery. The staff workers were extraordinarily courteous and professional. We were looking forward to seeing them every day, as they were so kind and friendly. The owners - a gracious local family - were so hospitable, attentive, and caring that they made us feel like part of their family. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly did and can’t wait to be back!

Lovely place. Looks much more expensive than it is. Very comfrotable bed. Private parking. Very nice staff. Can access the centre of Napoli in 15-20 minutes (without a car, using the Funicolare Centrale). Highly recommended. Just a few steps from the Castel Sant'Elmo and a beautiful panoramic view of Napoli

B&B was located in Vomero outside main city centre but had relatively close access to 3 separate funiculars and metro to reach all areas of central Naples. Short travel times and inexpensive transit. B&B was close to many varied restaurants and with a range of prices. Close to a number of shopping streets closed to traffic. Located in a quiet area. Rooms were all new and kept very clean. Were able to eat breakfast outside on terrace. Really appreciated one of the B&B managers phoning to book our ferry trip to Ischia when we had problems with the ferry's website. When we arrived, another manager provided maps and suggested places too see and visit during our 5-day stay in Naples.

The WIFI was a little slow or disconnected once you were outside on the terrace.
