Amazing, bright, very spacious penthouse apartment accessible directly from the elevator. Everything was perfect. Amazing private (accessible only by apartment guests) nearly 100sqm rooftop terrace with exceptional views over Napoli and Vesuvius. Everything we ever needed was in the apartment. Mario is exceptional host: great care to any of our needs - above and beyond. Truly felt like we were in a 5 star hotel, just much much bigger space.

Only one thing I would improve is power of air conditioners. Would be great to have powerful temperature control split system.

The view from the rooftop terrace is unbelievable. Completely unobstructed. The residence itself is new and beautifully decorated. The funiculare is literally around the corner at stop #2 of the three stops. Simple and inexpensive to go up or down a stop. The air-conditioning and washing machine were greatly appreciated! The host, Mario, was so helpful arranging transportation for us and answering questions.

Since it is so new, there could have been more furniture in the living room to sit on, but I imagine that will be happening soon.

An incredibly, relaxing stay at vista napoli. So, so spacious and Mario was incredibly helpful. We needed help to meet friends in the harbour area and then to get to Ercolano. He arranged taxis and agreed the prices too. The terrace was huge and glorious! My son even made use of the sauna! The apartment was right next to the funicular - one stop up was the castle and a nice neighbourhood (and food supermarket) and below, was lively montesanto and great street food.

Everything! The apartment was absolutely stunning with every convenience to make our stay luxurious and relaxing. Mario and Giovanna were waiting for us on arrival, brought up our luggage for us, and were incredibly responsive to all our questions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the sauna, jetted tub, and the terrace that offered the most amazing views of the city. We would not want to stay anywhere else on our next visit to the area!

Loved the terrace! Loved the funicular! It’s a great location - google maps won’t show the funicular as a means of transportation in the directions function although it shows the stops- but the finicular makes it easy to get up or down.

More than 1 couch in each living room would make for a more comfy hang out area for the size of a group renting a three bedroom apartment.

Excellent place, highly recommended. This is a magnific residence, strategically close to Quartier Spagnol. Modern furniture, huge balcony which offers a wonderful view of Napoli city. Thanks to Mario, the host, for all his receptivity, guidance and support. I will come back next summer.

Amazing apartment with gorgeous private deck that overlooks the whole city. Easy to access the city with funicular. The apt is very new and the hosts were so helpful - even helped us order pizza to the place. Highly recommended.

We loved the balcony views. It was a great place for a family to stay in. Mario was very attentive and helpful.

It was a little noisy at night and in the morning, but maybe that is just Naples?

Fabulous top floor penthouse with magnificent views. Mario and Giovanna are clearly very proud of the place. Close to the Funicular rail, which is very handy.
