If you travel by car, this is a perfect location! It is easily reachable from the highway, they have their own parking both free outside and with fee in the garage. We parked outside in front of the hotel and we did not use the car anymore because a metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You can reach downtown in 15 minutes and the ticket is cheap. Cheaper than paying parking in the center by far (1,20 EUR). The hotel room was spacious and clean, the reception staff helpful and provided all information at arrival. We reported blocked drain in the shower and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was plentiful, though eggs were really weird, like those were not eggs at all but some mixture from the card box. For Italian hotel with 4 stars, this should not happen. The reception recommended a restaurant Rigatoni which we then returned to every night for 4 nights, it was that good!!! It was 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, which we enjoyed because we got to know the neighborhood as well. Near the hotel is also a shopping center with many clothing stores and large grocery store.

The hotel looks new and welcoming. The room is large and extremely clean. Air condition strong and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and they changed the towels every day. There is a fridge in the rooms and the drinks are complementary ( I found out when I tried to pay for my drinks when checking out). The breakfast was plentiful but choices are limited. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Next time I would get a room with a balcony.

The wifi was a bit touch and go. The hotel was not located in Vomero area which is a really nice neighborhood. It is about 10 minutes walk from Rione Alto metro stop.

Relatively easy to reach by car (a consideration with Napoli's confusing maze of roads) and within a 10-minute walk of the metro. Newer hotel, so the room was in very good condition. Parking at an adjacent lot for a small additional fee. Good selection at breakfast.

The layout and stone tiling make the hotel somewhat loud. Having a room on the first floor, I could hear people talking in the nearby lobby whenever there was a new arrival at the hotel. No non-Italian-language channels whatsoever on the TV. (You'd imagine that with hundreds of satellite channels there'd be at least one in English, French, German or Spanish...but, no.) No view to speak of. Possible to walk to the city center, but it's a long walk.

Hotel closely located to the metro station Rione Alto, line 1. Quiet location, far from the urban noise. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, comfy beds. Good breakfast. Helpful staff

Rooms are not very well sound-proofed, i could hear the neighbors' alarm in the morning or when other guests came back from the city, in the middle of the night.

Super friendly team of staff that wanted to always help. Truly the nicest owner and staff and couldn't have been kinder ppl - always helped us to get taxi's and answer questions. I was very thankful for their assistance despite the location was not good for our tourist needs. We made the best of it but spent a fortune on taxis

Location if being a tourist is way too far away from the things you would want to do and train station very far, you have to use taxis everywhere you want to go unless you are comfortable taking the bus. It is insane how ppl drive there and walking doesn't feel safe due to how narrow roads are and ppl parked and driving on all sides, and mopeds.

The property was very clean. They were cleaning the rooms and changing the towels every day. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even if it is situated away of the city center - about 25 minutes with the metro, it is in an neighborhood with italian people, with a nice athmosphere where you feel safe on the streets. On the way from the metro station, is a very nice and cosy bar with delicious cocktails and free snacks.

Not necessary a bad thing, but an improvement suggestion - the breakfast could be more diverse and with less sweets

I spent nearly a week at this hotel in August 2023 and it was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning which was very much needed during my stay. The metro station is about 10 minutes walk away which takes you down town in about 20 minutes, where you will find all the shops cafes etc. The staff were very friendly from the young lady that took care of us at breakfast to the cleaners and the reception staff. Special thanks to Salvatoti who was very knowledgeable and took time to obtain information to assist me on my travels. There is a supermarket a short walk away Pros. Very clean and professional helpful staff

Con: You will have to get on a metro or cab to cafes and restaurants, but it's easy to do.

Nice and clean hotel with really Nice personál , good breakfast dont expect too much but in italian was great :) was no problém with late check in i have to recomend metro 7min walk

Related to Italy commonly continental breakfast it was very good, Good value for the hotel, It is new with a very clean rooms, Very helpful and polite personal, we left in the night and they prepared for us a dry food to the route,

Location could be better, it is located in the high Napoli which is too dirty with horrible roads, but there is a Metro 8 minutes away to walk, and you can reach the city center, The parking cost 10 EUR per night, They could do it cheaper for the guests,

I did not know what to expect when I arrived, but I have been so surprised! <3 It was stunning! It is a new place and also new to booking, and I really loved how bright it is in the room. Everything is brightly colored and that is what I like. I had some drinks in the room prepared, and a hair dryer was there too, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers. TV was there too but I do not need it at all. The bed was really comfy and the staff was really excellent. Breakfast included but I needed to check out at 5 am so I could not join for the breakfast. The location is around 3km from the city center, but you have restaurants and bars behind a corner of the hotel, or if you want to go to the center, you can take the bus or metro which is less than 5 minutes of walk. Thank you for a fantastic night there! :)
