Great location close to the beautiful clean, long - and almost empty - beach. A bit wild beach but that’s what made it so awesome. And relaxing. The staff was also sincerely considerate and extremely service minded. Last but not least the food at the restaurant was very delicious and the concept of the dinner menu changing every night worked very well.

Many wasps both at the hotel area and at the beach. The shuttle from/to the airport booked by the hotel was not reliable.

The resort is amazing, peace, nature and good food. Staff is kind. If you are looking for remote resort this is the place! But….

Well some exras prices are incomprehensible, e.g. aperol spritz costs more than a cocktail, a glass of wine 10 euros,...it's incomprehensible that there is no free water and coffee in the room if you go as 5 star hotel and above all, plastic and microplastic on the beach is a problem. We asked for strainers and some tools to clean up the beach ourselves and no one responded... as if they don't care that this wonderful resort is lying on the beach full of plastic, as if they don't understand that this is their selling point, in the end we come there because of the sea and the beaches! Indifference to the dirty beach of all locals, managment of the hotel, staff and all the turist just laying on the beach is shocking!

The resort was lovely, nestled in a pine forest. It's not really 5 star more like 4 star but it was enjoyable, staff were friendly, pool area was nice. Beach when not windy was lovely. Dinner was good, breakfast was mediocre.

Unfortunately the second room we booked for our older kids had a disabled bathroom which meant no shower door or surround, so when taking a shower water flooded the bathroom. We were told we could not move room. AC in one room took 2 days to get fixed despite multiple requests. These are not major issues I suppose, just not what we had booked or expected.

I liked it but there were many bees at the beach, pool and balcony. it would be much better if there were no bees.

1. The wasps. Wasps everywhere. In your food, in your hair, everywhere. This was very disturbing and made the stay annoying. 2. The children. For a 5-star hotel I'd expect there would be "kids-free" zones so that the guests are not bothered by other people's screaming children. Very disappointing. 3. Overpriced items. Everything cost a lot lot more than it should have, especially the meals at the restaurant.

The service of the staff was always warm and hospitable with a smile. Excellent! The long beach changes its appearance from day to day. The crystal waters were shallow and we enjoyed walking along the water's edge. SPA experience was wonderful! Surely we will come back again!

The only shopping in the facility is a small boutique. There are no stores in the immediate vicinity, so I thought it would be convenient to have a store where you can buy local specialties.

Very well maintained, clean, great facilities, very friendly staff. They upgraded our room for junior suit. Located quite remote with nothing around, but for that you get a lot of privacy, private beach and tranquility in the forest.

Restaurant! Big disappointment! We tried both lunch and dinner and both were bad. They don’t make the difference between people who have half board and ones ordered from the menu, you will receive the same over priced small portions of advanced prepared food. Only breakfast is good.

Something like an off the cart experience, not completely ofcourse but the hotel is very quiet and is quite isolated from other villages. The private beach is amazing, as is the pool. The restaurant is great and since other restaurants are far away make sure to book half board. Good breakfast, nice rooms, amazing pool!

Unfortunately no mint for mojito, no eggs for salad, no syrup for pancakes and no bananas for milkshake - basic items for 5 star hotel. Poor food offerings at pool bar.

The staff are really nice, the pool are is great. The hotel is really new and has many things to do if you want. Honestly worth every cent.

For a 5 star hotel, didn't like that room service closes from 2-7 and when we went to dinner they said they only bring food per person based on reservation, no walk ins allowed and we weren't informed of that. However the staff were nice enough to find us something to eat to make up for it.
