The owners are nice, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed pastries made by the house lady (recommended) at breakfasts. sitting outside in the sun (in that period it was really nice sitting in the sun!). Our room was comfortable, the beds large and just appropriately firm. We are grateful to the owner for good recommendations as to where to eat. As we came to bike, the place was a good start for making tours from the door. The nature during our stay was just spectacular; we enjoyed breathtakig views of fields full of flowers with millions of poppies sticking out. If there were a few degrees more, we would definitely enjoy the turquoise waters of the newly built pool. The owner explained and showed us also planes for the nearest future. We liked his vision as it was clearly in the spirit of how to feel guests even better. A respectful mission rarely encountered nowadays.

The temperatures were good for biking but not for enjoying the pool. Being able to see into the future of the place we were there some months too early.

The place is perfect for relax and for doing some sightseeing in the area. It's quite, there is a wonderful garden with a pool, the room is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. They recommended nice places for dinner . The home made pies for breakfast were excellent. Since it's private villa, the parking is very easy.

The villa is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and on a very good location close to Alberobello. Breakfast was like in a hotel, very good. I would definitely return here because this was one of the best b&b accommodation that I ever booked. Absolutely perfect!

Good location to reach main cities in Puglia region. Very nice, clean and comfortable villa with always clean and big pool. Breakfast with handmade cakes was perfect.

Silvano and his son were just perfect hosts, so helpful and kind, very clean place, breakfast was wonderful- especially the home made cakes that Silvano’s wife cooked , room was very spacious and comfy.

Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden and pool. Close to Alberobello, Noci is also worth visiting.

Great host who takes care of every detail in the villa. Everything is super clean. Very beautiful enterier. Simply great accommodation. We were there as a couple and had great rest.

Oh what a stay! The host was so incredibly nice. The villa was beautiful and the location of it was amazing! Close to everything! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good! The only minor point for us was breakfast that was a little limited, although good! We didn’t say anything at the time because we assume the COVID restrictions may have had a hand in this. All in all, wonderful stay! Would recommend!

The villa and the garden are very nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff as well. It is located close to many of puglia’s attractions.

In the morning it may get a little noisy from the breakfast area into the rooms.

We were coming late at night, got soaked in a shower of rain in Alberobello and we were a bit cold. They prepared a hot cup of tea for us, which was very kind. The room was very nice and cosy, hosts were very kind.
