Spacious room with everything we needed available. Nice breakfast with good selection of foods. Especially enjoyed the option to sit in the outdoor garden area. Location near beach was great, and parking was arranged even when there were a lot of guests.

There was a lot of moisture and dampness in the room, all our clothes seemed a little wet. Nice contrast to the heat outside, but a quite inconvenient also.

The breakfast was excellent, but could have been served buffet style. Noli is a wonderful place with incredibly clean sea. There are many restaurants here at reasonable prices. The perfect interior of the hotel in a historic building breathes the atmosphere of old times. We had at our disposal a clean apartment with enough space and silence. The hotel serves excellent dinners and wines. A hotel beach with perfect beach service is available for an additional fee. Parking in the hotel area is a big advantage. We love this hotel & have stayed here before - the location is superb & the hotel itself quite unique! We were received a lovely friendly welcome & thereafter nothing was a problem - we will be back to beautiful Noli soon!

Location was good, the atmosphere and architecture of the hotel was unique and so tasteful. The price was good for that period, location and what it offers. The garden is nice, kitchen staff was kind and nice.

The breakfast was very weak. The options are few, quality of products are standard (packaged products some of them), they don't have the open buffet and you have to think twice to get a second coffee, either because they give you the sensation of that or for the waiting time. Kitchen and service staff was very kind and helpful, however I haven't felt the same way during my check-in and check-out. As a guest I was referred with an informal way both during check in and check out even if I had so connection with hotel managers/owners, on the other hand their attitude seemed way too unwelcoming in a way. The room was way too small and on the second day there was a flood in the whole room after I had shower (probably something was wrong with the infrastructure.). It was not a big deal but still it felt dangerous to have all room full of water.
