Great location. Very cozy and clean B&B with big and spacious rooms. Breakfast all day. Fabrizio is very service-minded and kind. He made me feel very welcomed. The B&B feels like you are staying at a local's grandma house. A true cozy environment. I absolutely loved the bed blanket. Soft and warm :D

There could be room for improvement regarding the breakfast. Maybe a little more healthy and fresh rather than sugary and prepackaged. Otherwise, great stay!

Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the B&B was in a great location.

A bit more fresh fruit for breakfast would have been ideal, there was no air con in the room but we had a fan which worked well. Although the glass on the door for the bedroom is coloured a blind or curtain would be good to block out light from the living room.

Fabrizio was very helpful and is on site for most of the day. We had access to a sitting room and refrigerator/kitchen.

People need to be aware that there is one flight of external stairs before entry.

we really enjoyed our stay here. fabrizio was very generous and helped with everything we needed. he really appreciates his guests and it shows. the furniture was beautiful and everything was clean and in good condition. breakfast was nice with a great coffee. if we ever visit sardinia again, we will for sure come back here.

Please go for it. He gave us nice cakes, hot milk breakfast and a very nice person to talk to!! Very nice place to reside ! go for it !!

The hot water was not hot enough but is satisfactory.

Fabrizio's treatment was excellent. Very friendly and attentive at all times. The room, the bathroom and the entire accommodation very spacious, clean and comfortable. The B&B is a 10-minute walk from the center and the views are beautiful.

Truly appreciated the location in a quiet area from where we could visit easily the main attractions and sights of the city. Furthermore the host, Fabrizio, was very kind and helpful, giving us tips about the city and upgrading our room to make our stay even more comfortable. Super clean facilities. Recommended!

The accommodation is central and very comfortable our stay was great! Private bathroom and common kitchen where we had an abundant breakfast. The best of our stay was the owner, very very kind and thoughtful person. He even gave us a ride to the station in the morning when we were in a rush. Very pleasant person! Highly recommended.
