The location of this facility was convenient and comfortable, far from the centre of Olbia itself so you could get a break from the hustle and bustle of cars and all the public traffic. There was plenty of parking space for cars in front of the house. I also appreciated the willingness of the owner and the cleaning ladies to help at all costs, despite their lack of English skills! It was very nice! I also appreciate the fact that the housekeepers helped us to book dinner at one of the recommended agroturismo!

Due to the fact that I was not aware of the form of breakfasts in Italy I was slightly negatively surprised. If one expects a hearty savoury breakfast then this may not meet one's expectations. There are sweet breakfasts (pastries, croissant, yoghurts, jams) with coffee or tea.

Very clean and comfortable, with easy parking on the street outside. Close to local shops and eateries which were easy to walk to. The terrace was a bonus, nice and airy, with comfortable chairs and tables, which my partner and I used in the evening when we returned to take in some cooling air!! Lovely breakfast with lots of choice and excellent coffee. Again, we sat on the terrace to enjoy this.

The B&B is very cozy and located in a very quiet residential area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful making our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Although the B&B is not in a central location, it is easy to reach by bus. The bus stop is very close to the B&B. It is also the bus stop of the airport bus.

Funky but very lovely, and thoughtful decor. Clean. Ample street parking. Friendly staff.

One suggestion is a curfew on kitchen use. My room was off the kitchen and someone was banging around in there till 9. When I alerted the staff, they said it was a common area, i.e. tough luck.

Very nice place, calm, good breakfast, you can sit also outside on a cosy terrace.The big Saturday mercatino is very near, only five minutes by foot! Good parking space in front of the house. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Olbia is a nice town. Thank you!

Nice cozy place, very friendly host, good communication and easy check-in. Recommended :)

1st floor, where we were accomodated, is partially below ground level and the window faces the inner block which is not that nice, but nothing that would mind me that much :)

It was a little bit loud because we had a room next to the kitchen. Also, the showers are very small. Those are the only things that could be a bit better. The stay was perfect and we will visit B&B Kenzia in the future for sure.

The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Huge breakfast with many options and possibly of eating on the terrace. Super clean room and bathroom. Silent. Free parking on the street.

There is nowhere to hang the clothes and the towels.

The owner couple was very kind and hospitable. The property is located in the residential area, and it was quiet at night and easy to find a parking on the street.

It was not easy to find a restaurant for dinner in the area.
