The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. They even purchased special vegan products for our breakfast. The room was small but cozy and comfortable, and they decorated it specially for our honeymoon with towel swans and a bottle of wine. All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they were present from early in the morning until late in the evening so the property felt very safe at all times. Also, the hotel has original artwork from local artists throughout, which was very interesting to see and read about.

The street was a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected because it is the main pedestrian area of the city. The windows were well sound-proofed so noise was minimal with them closed.

Very convenient for the railway station and restaurants. Best design of room safe deposit box we've ever come across - a removeable lock & key - ultra efficient and no electronics to go wrong! Roberto on Reception was very helpful.

Convenience of location was overshadowed by loud street noises ("music") into the early hours, but there again it was to be expected from reading other reviews. Breakfast would be so much better with quality fruit juices (this applies to other hotels we stayed at this week).

The location was very very good, in the central street of Olbia, where all the shops and restaurants can be found. The atmosphere of the surroundings was lively and beatiful. The hotel and the room was also very nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit monotonious, some more food choices would have been nice, also the fruit soft drinks were not so good quality, but all in all it was ok!

Rooms at the front of the property overlook a rather busy pedestrianized road- which may be noisy. However our room was at the back and we did not have any interruptions whatsoever

Breakfast (and breakfast area) was quite small, but everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel was located in Olbia city centre, with many restaurants just outside the door. Also no problems taking local buses to beaches with a close distance from the city, like Pittulongu, Bados, La Saline and Porto Istana.

I don't know if there was more quiet rooms, but mine was facing the main street. And as central as it was, some evenings were pretty noisy outside. With loud music playing, maybe this isn't the hotel if you want to sleep before midnight.

Hotel is on a prime location, in the main pedestrian road in Olbia. The premises are very well kept, impeccably clean and comfortable. But the above is nothing compared to the superb customer service at the reception. The young guy at the reception deserves my greatest consideration and gratitude for such a professionalism, friendliness and education. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to return.

The location is perfect! Right in the center of the old town, it is on the main street you walk up from the parking lot, with many restaurants and shops. With the balcony doors closed the night life noise wasn't a problem. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was only one chair in the room. We love to sit out on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and would have needed two chairs. However, the only coffee in the room is instant, so we went down to the breakfast room to have our coffee instead.

The location, right on the Corso Umberto was fabulous with a small balcony to view up & down the street. We loved the sound of people wandering below & when we closed the doors it was perfectly silent. The friendly & helpful Roberto was just wonderful…offering advise on local attractions, walks & restaurants & organising a taxi for us.

Property was beautiful, location was great, staff was fantastic! Breakfast was basic, appreciated the coffee! The beds were so-so but we had a wonderful time! They even gave us a top floor with a view, the staff was awesome!

Only the beds were a little hard, everything else was fabulous!

Just couldn't fault the hotel in anyway what so ever totally beautiful, Located in town is ideal short walk to restaurants cafe and bars Very close to train station if thinking on travelling further Bus stops with 5 minutes walk to either connection to airport or short drive to the best beaches I've ever seen truly stunning Hotel clean quiet and so very personal that magic touch you are after not like chain brands Amazing really was looking to escape for culture and that Italian style look no further Highly recommended 🇮🇹❤
