Great location for our skiing holiday over the New Year. This property also has a room dedicated for skis and ski boots which we found useful. The small but well stocked kitchen was very useful, includingsalt and pepper! It was a short drive to the various skiing areas such as Plan de Gralba, Selva di Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi. We chose to do this to vary our skiing experience. A nice touch was also the free voucher for the Mar Dolomit swimming pool. We also used the washing machine to do a quick wash which was helpful. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Just a reminder, if you're staying a while, remember to bring coffee capsules for the nespresso machine 😉

Nice spacious apartment - comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen (no cooker). Managed to keep cool thanks to the external blinds. Had a small outdoor terrace that got the sun early morning. The family that owned the place were helpful and friendly especially with helping us get medical attention following an incident . The apartment was spotless and beds were comfortable. We didn't get the apartment we booked which would have given us a larger terrace with views over the town and valley. Didn't really given an explanation for this but I think that was down to a language barrier. This was a bit annoying as I'd especially chosen the accommodation for those views - however, when we arrived that apartment was already occupied. The one we were given was larger but as there were just two of us we didn't really need the extra space.

We had an excellent stay at Residence Prapoz. The location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of the Dolomites with breathtaking views and easy access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. What truly made our stay memorable was Claudia, the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful advice and recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus for us. We appreciated the convenience of having all the cooking essentials right there in the room, allowing us to enjoy self-catered meals after a day of exploring.

The apartment was excellent and remarkably clean. A special feature of the stay was the spacious courtyard for children to play and the backyard garden overlooking the mountain, which offers a great opportunity to go hiking directly from the accommodation. The location in a charming rural village adds a unique touch to the stay, away from the hustle and bustle of cities. It's important to note that rural accommodations might not offer all the services and restaurants available in cities, but the fully equipped kitchen inside the apartment compensates for that perfectly. The village itself is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking and cycling in the summer, and it transforms into a wonderful skiing destination in the winter. The host was very kind and extremely cooperative, showing great care for our comfort and needs. Overall, my experience at this accommodation was fantastic, and I definitely give it a high rating.

This accommodation is everything I needed for my Dolomites vacation with toddler. It has a fully equipped kitchen and hence meals were never a problem. The hostess was very accommodating and hospitalble. They hotel has swings for kids which keeps them entertained for hours. The pet goats were a nice touch and you could even feed them. Overall I absolutely love this hotel. It is perfect for families. The location is amazing - 5 mins drive from Seceda cable care, 3 mins from Alp di Suisi cable car and 2 mins from downtown center.

We loved the bucolic location and the incredible mountain view from our Residence Prapov balcony. Our reception greeting was friendly and helpful, including a free bus pass around town and from Ortijei to Bolzano and other towns. Our apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully-supplied (and we prepared most of our meals there), and Residence Prapov has helpful elevator, lighting, and safety features. We would stay here again, and we recommend Residence Prapov highly to others!

No criticisms....all went well!

The owners Claudia and Walter are the nicest people. She helped us figure out our itinerary and offered laundry service ( no self serve laundry). The room was large and had a beautiful view of the valley.

We arrived during a holiday in bad weather and there were no restaurants or supermarkets open. ( we finally found a bar after walking around town and a supermarket) Also although it is close enough to town to walk, the walk is not easy because of ascent and descent (we are fairly fit although the high altitude made it somewhat of a challenge)and a car is nice to have. The kitchen was not well stocked ( no coffee or cream) so one should plan on buying food and other necessities before arriving.

- lovely lady who runs the place - beautiful property with gorgeous views - good kitchen and general facilities of the apartment - lovely lovely garden area, and nice goats - free buses all around the area which is extremely handy, and free use of the local swimming pool (outdoor and indoor)

- slightly long walk back from the main town as it is all uphill. it is manageable without a car but you have to be able to walk back up. the walk down is fine and only takes 10 mins

My husband and I stayed in Residence Prapoz for four nights in September. We had a very pleasant stay. Claudia was a fantastic host always available to help and assist as needed. Claudia’s recommendations for local activities were great. Pros: Beautiful residence, spacious apartment with a full kitchen (Claudia also provided a drip coffee maker which was appreciated). She also provided a weekly bus pass for both of us, which we never needed.

Cons: Short walk to downtown (around 10 minutes, but not a serious con)

We arrived by public transport - train to bolzeno/bozen then bus 350 to Bettina and a little walk (becareful of black ice) and viola ! Beautiful host Claudia, heated apartment, fabulously spacious clean great shower, heated tiles and bath racks, good lighting, amazing kitchen facilities, comfy beds .. crisp and easy walk to town
