The location was ideal not far away from the promenade. Lovely setting though it lacked minor improvements which will earn the place excellent points.

The owner could have been friendlier. The window had no curtains, so I had to use one of my shirts instead. The bedside electrical socket was missing. Breakfast was a bit poor. The shower was only an overhead one making it difficult for my partner to keep her hair dry. Thankfully she had a shower cap supplied by the previous hotel.

My partner and I spent a great full week at this B&B in a quadruple room (actually two ensuit rooms put together) with a patio/terrace with a coffee table and seats, very nice to spend nights playing cards and having dinners. Very spacious rooms equipped with mini fridge, TV, bedside tables, wardrobe. Houskeeping the room every day. Breakfast is buffet style where you can get as many exquisite pastries from a local bakery as you want plus toasts, butter, jam, yogurts, cereals and different coffees and teas. It's seved in a very pleasant and relaxing semi outdoor area. Also, one of the best parts was the staff and how helpful they were. We got a parking ticket and Roberta helped us overcome the nightmare that implied to pay a fine in Italy. This B&B is value for money ... We'd definitely stay again if I went back there!!!

The location was near the beach, good breakfast plenty of food, comfortable accomodation a little dark, difficult opening the shutters sometimes, loved the hammock in the garden , nice gardens and surrounding seat areas.

Pavements outside villa are cracked lots of rubbish on floor leading down the street to beach. This was down side to outside areas.

Very nice villa , with a cute typical Italien breakfast and a good cappuccino. The hosts were super nice and very helpful. The villa is located 3 minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The host even drove me 1 hour to Trapani, because it was raining. Can only recommend!

They were lucky and got a studio with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is large. The location of the property is close to the sea.

The covers on the chairs and beds were dirty and stained. We had to take them off. The studio looks dark, you have to shine the light even in the daytime. We arrived on a Sunday. Therefore, we were surprised to receive a message from the accommodation provider that the property is closed on Sundays from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. We eventually got into the property. Beautiful property in great location. 5 min walk to Mondello beach and restaurants. Alessandro was a great host, offering private transfer to and from Palermo. Room was comfy, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast offering was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

great location close to the beach, nice and clean room, being daily cleaned, good fresh breakfast Italian fresh pastries every day, very nice owner and staff :) and a great terrace where we could sit in the evening.. we would definitely come back

only small thing we had a room downstairs and there were some noises coming from the top like water tubes etc which in the night could be a bit disturbing for someone with a light sleep like me

It was comfortable and clean and in a good location. Very quiet at night. When we arrived Giovanni kindly made us a cup of tea. There was a great selection of Sicilian cakes at breakfast, sandwiches and croissants. Giovanni was very helpful and attentive.
