We stayed there for the second time. Also this time nothing serious to complain about. Position is ok, only 10 minutes footwalk from the city center. As the host was not available we checked in and out ourselves following a procedure sent to us via WhatsApp, which worked quite well. The room was clean and large and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and coffee maker were also available.

The bathroom in unit 4 is quite small and a bit uncomfortable. Also no way to sleep a bit longer on Sunday as it was very noisy and apparently poorly soundproofed. In the early morning children started running around in the apartment above making a lot of din as they stepped on the skylight above the bathroom and then guests gathered and spoke loud on the adjacent parking lot, one of them sitting on our windowsill.

We were lucky to meet the man who cleans the property. He allowed us to put our luggage in a room with cleaning tools and asked to come back around 00.30 pm (midday) to pick up our luggage and bring it to our room. Very friendly man ! The next day we met the lady who takes care of the property. She very kindly helped us to find a taxi (our phone did not work here)

Everything was new and renovated. The rooms were big enough. The place was clean and nice. Breakfast was not included but you can get a 10% discount in a close bar.

Pavia is a small city and the place (even it’a like 15 minutes by walk from cathedral) feels a bit far. Two of the rooms have the access in the main street (fortunately ours was not one of those).

We booked the larger room and had two rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. They offered us tea rather than coffee for the room which was appreciated. Good list of recommendations for local facilities eg restaurants, delivery services etc. Friendly service.

My husband is 2.05 metres tall. We asked for a bed with no end and did not get this. So although bed comfortable for me, it was more difficult for him.

The Apartment-hotel La Ca' di sogn is a small residential building with apartments. We opted not for the smallest least-expensive one, but one with two rooms. It had a nice bathroom with shower as well. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Most convenient was that we could walk 10min to the town centre from La Ca' di sogn. Pavia is a lovely place to visit and this apartment hotel made our visit perfect !

We had to do the suitcases because we went to visit another city for a day in the middle of the period. The appartment was not occupied and there is no lift so we had to move the suitcases down with some stairs, while we could have left the cases in the appartment. But this is the way it works, it is not a complaint.

The room was modern and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. In town. Parking out the front or in a parking place you can reserve. Walking distance to town. Easy to find. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms were quite dark. We always needed the light on. However we are elderly and younger people would not be bothered about the walk into the centre.

Nice appartment hous, not far from the centar ( 10-15 min walk ). The rooms are big enought and clean. The staff help us with the reservatin for dinner. They offer a car parking in the yeard for 15 euro extra.

The equipment in the kitchen looks a little older.

We had a great stay at this location: quiet place with everything you need in the kitchen, clean room, bathroom, and very friendly people. Greetings from Bucharest. ^__^
