The property is located directly in front of the beach. Prepare yourself to enjoy dawn and sunset daily. The breakfast buffet is really rich and staff is polite and very helpful, cleaners, waiters/waitresses, reception/front desk staff. It’s also one of the few hotels that stays open in winter too, which is very convenient if you visit Pesaro during Christmas.

The WiFi is not very strong and should be upgraded for the guests, especially when working while staying in the hotel. It keeps disconnecting and it’s also weak (we were on the 5th floor). Rooms need to be renovated because, even if the hotel is a “art” gallery, some facilities are old and need updating.

I booked this hotel at the last minute while driving from the airport. Our stay was in mid-November so availability was very good and the price was competitive. Did not really know what to expect from the description online but... the entire hotel is an art gallery. I do not mean a few random things scattered around the place - I mean everywhere you look, every corner you turn each space you walk into is home to a artwork of some description or other. Every room seems to be individual - in my colleagues room for example not a single wall was square or plumb. I am not really into modern art and most of the exhibits went over my head although they certainly avoided the blandness and sameness of so many hotels these days. Inside the hotel is white - everywhere, so it feels a bit cold - possibly even like a sanatorium. The situation is made more surreal by the staff - who all dress in white painters overalls. Initially I thought the maintenance man was serving me a drink. The staff all spoke beautiful English and make you feel welcome. Another slightly odd / old fashioned thing: the bed was made up with sheets and a blanket rather than with a duvet.

The WiFi in the rooms is useless - OK in the lobby. The floor in my room was a hard white non-slip vinyl which will be difficult to keep spotless. As a result it looks a bit grubby.

The funky art everywhere was incredible, giving it a Bohemian feel. If you have time, look at the Art. The receptionist was extremely helpful, funny and highly motivated to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely too. Raphaello was great in the dining room - he needs a particular mention! We booked half board and the set menu was tasty, filling, nicely presented and good value. Perfect for us for a 1 night stopover. Some people may want to enjoy a longer stay and spend time in the beach, which is an additional cost. Fabulous bar across the road called Legno.

Best to pre book garage parking as it’s limited in the popular area surrounding the hotel. However, we were given a space in the garage, where the car was kept cool!

Excellent dinners served by Raphaelo and Mara who made us feel very welcome. Raphaelo's is very knowledgeable on the wines and if you take his advice you can't go wrong. Mara's English was better than she thought and she was a delight. The reception staff too were most pleasant and friendly.

It rained!

This is a brilliant place to stay in Pesaro. The hotel is quirky with some interesting art, but the warmth of the welcome, the staff who could not do enough to make our stay the best, and the fab breakfast all made it a perfect holiday location.

Some of the art wasn’t quite to my taste but definitely provided a talking point!

Beautiful breakfast buffet, and lovely beach location. The artistic elements in the room were very uplifting.

The beds could have been more comfortable and I would have appreciated a selection of pillows - the only one available was really hard, but it would be nice to have one or two softer ones to choose from in the cupboard.

The art of the hotel was lovely and the Chinese meal we had in the evening was perfect for my stomach. Problems with my health hampered the entire trip traveling to Fano tomorrow for the wedding of my Stepson.

The weather on the day was raining and very miserable preventing a day swimming in the wonderful pool and enjoying the beach right in front of the hotel Real shame we could not enjoy it as it was just one night we were Breakfast was very poor

The location was perfect, right on the beach, but also within walking distance of the city centre and train station. The room was comfortable and had a balcony, with a perfect view along the beach. The facilities were great and would be perfect for a stay in summer. There was a good choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked the option of having muesli as part of the food choices for breakfast.

I have stayed several times before and found the staff as friendly as ever

i thought that the food standard had gone down. I was expecting a special meant for the bank holiday as in previous years but not this year

I overall loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and the porch was exceptional. I loved the beach asthetic. The view was fantastic too! I also thought it was well air conditioned and I was nice and cold at night.

The air conditioning was a little bit noisy so I had a hard time falling asleep. The air vent kept rattling which made an unpleasant noise. Also I thought the pillows were too hard, almost like a rock.
