The restaurant is amazing, food was absolutely delicious, staff really nice and good value for money

We had a really long walk to get to our room and had to take 3 lifts and one set of stairs but I do understand it is a big hotel. The decor is pretty badly done, it felt more like a conference centre than a resort in terms of the bedroom. Also had a bedspread over a sheet which didn’t feel too hygienic.

The hotel has incredible views, which we were also able to enjoy from the balcony of our room. The room was very large, with a huge comfortable bed. There is a lovely restaurant within the hotel which serves an excellent breakfast buffet and the dinner options were fantastic (I recommend the truffle pasta!). There is also a large wine selection, with food and drink both at extremely reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we arrived too late to enjoy the pool (i believe it is only open in the afternoon), so I can’t comment on that.

The room was large and comfortable but fairly basic, the bedding could be improved for example. The shower was very powerful but could do with updating (the shower curtain wasn’t the best).

The place is oasis in the region with sincere service, comfortable spacious room with view and natural light and good spa. The massage with the therapist Ida was true relaxation. You have even EV charging station which helped me during the business trip.

Shower head at the swimming pool was broken

The room was large and exquisitely renovated and decorated. The restaurant service was wonderful with great food and wine. Price was inexpensive for what you get. There were enough people who speak English to make everything a breeze.

WiFi signal drops off quickly once you get away from the entrance door. It was too week to hold a connection at the bed. It may be just my room.

It was clean, room was very spacious and facilities were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time.

Getting to different areas of the hotel was a bit confusing, but we eventually worked out.

The room was clean and beautiful. We had a beautiful experience: if you want to relax this is the place to go.
