Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast but the coffee was real coffee from an Espresso machine and therefore very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I was particularly pleased with the ample parking available at no extra charge

There was only one flat pillow each but when we asked for two more they were immediately provided. And the toilet roll was almost finished so we had to ask for another.

Nice and comfortable room. Very good breakfast.

Location a bit too far from city centre. 30 mins walk but went by car and parked easily. In three occasions there was no hot water.

It’s close to the city center. The room I changed to after complaining was warm and clean. The pictures are from room 400.

When I arrived they gave me room 400 (DO NOT ACCEPT IT), it was far from good, stains on the painting, curtains stained with rust, quite cold, didn’t seem to be quite clean. About 21:00 I wanted to take a shower and the water was orange, that’s when I decided to ask to change rooms. The new one was fair for the price, but still, some renovations are needed, it feels like traveling back to the 80s-90s.

The position, close to the reception for a wedding. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and the room had a big mirror along the whole side.

We asked to do check-in at 12, but despite the positive answer the room was not ready. The air conditioning was not working. If you take a shower the whole floor will be wet. The pillows not confortable (no shape, like having nothing). 55 euro for a room booked months before, not worth it..

The staff in general wanted to help, but seem not to be familiar with travel worker needs (invoice with company adress and so on). The pizza in the restaurant was good and the staff there very friendly. The coffee at breakfast was also good.

The rooms need urgently an invest and update. Several tiles in my bath were already broken as well as the toilet seat. No warm water for showering after 06:15 in the morning anymore available. My room was full of stink bugs (finally killed 9 to get some rest). My colleage could not enter his room as the door was damaged and got a new room. The door was then repaired in the night with a lot of noise... The noise level in general was extremely high (screaming kids, loud TVs that could here the hole floor). And in general the material for the rooms was not the best and due to the age started to smell as well.
