The room & bathroom were both spotless. The toiletries smelt lovely , towels fresh. The location was excellent for a v early morning flight. There s a kitchen & facilities available to all 3 rooms on this 5th floor. There s also a little table & chairs on balcony if you with to use. we felt safe. The owner s instructions were pretty clear. we did not meet any staff. N.B the key box is actually outside the building in the fence right hand side - bushes make it unclear to find.

Two things which were out of the owner s control. 1 when we arrived the lift was blocked off & being used by builders who are renovating an apt on floor 3. we did mention to them but were ignored. luckily , although in our late 60s we are fit & only had backpacks to carry up to 5th floor. The lift worked fine once the builders left at teatime. A young couple arrived at 23.45 & were very noisy in room 2 which wakened us up & we thought very inconsiderate. We would still return if arriving v late or leaving very early to this place as so handy for Pisa airport literacy a few minutes walk. . Thank you.

Location excellent, as a solo female traveler needing to be at Pisa airport for 4am I wanted somewhere as close and as safe as possible to walk there. It took only a few minutes and I felt very safe walking at that time in the morning. Eugenio phoned to welcome me unfortunately I missed his calls, but he sent a video with very clear check In instructions, my room was spotless and had everything I needed . The shared kitchen was also spotless with tea/coffee fridge and utensils if you wanted to eat/cook, I didn’t as there are places to eat just a few minutes walk on the same side of the accommodation.

Perfect location to catch an early flight from Pisa, less than 5 minute walk to the airport! Rooms was super clean, great condition and seemed newly decorated. Coffee machine in the kitchen so was able to have our espresso at 4am! The owner whatsapped us extensive instructions to enable us to self check in.

Don't let the outside of the apartment or the stairs/lift put you off. It's an older building, classic Italian but doesn't do the room justice.

Recently refurbished apartment. Very clean. Great location if you have a flight very early in the morning since the apartment is a few hundreds metres from the airport. There are a couple of places where you can eat, so you do not need to go to the city centre.

No tv in the room (although could be a good thing, so there are no noices from the other rooms). Near a very trafficated highway.

Location, convenient walk to the airport, only 3 minute away walking distance. Great if you have an early morning flight out. The place was very clean and the bathroom was great and fully renovated. Great customer service from Eugenio, he provided step but step instructions and video of how to find the property and locate the keys to the apartment. He was also very quick to respond to messages.

Bit noisy, however bearable if you want to be close to the airport for an early flight.

Very short walk to the airport! The room was super cozy and clean, and there was even a shared kitchen with a fridge and everything! There was a bakery, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The host was very helpful and let us leave the bags in our room before check in.

The bed was very hard, so my body was sore when waking up. But that seems to be standard in southern Europe so it’s not their fault.

We chose to stay at Dal Ciandri for one night as we had a 4am flight the next morning. The room was clean, it had a great shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities in a shared kitchen, which was so clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, cutlery and crockery. There was a huge fridge and even an oven. Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. It took us 5 minutes to cross the road and into Pisa airport the next morning.

Looks much nicer than images on website. We’ll set out and clean, with access to balcony and nice coffee machine for the morning. Perfect stay less than 10 minutes walk from airport, and good friendly local restaurants.

Although motorway and airport are near, windows as good and the noise level is fine - this was the only down-side, and was well managed.

It was perfect for a one night and early flight. Very clean, good light, everything that you need, coffee, tea,sugar, oil, etc. Shared kitchen, but we were only the one who use it. Good balconies in the kitchen and in the room with table and chairs Very good decision!

There were 4 of us and 2 big beds in a room. So it's not very comfortable for more than 1 night.

The B&B DAl Ciandri is a quiet place, clean and well-located. In my case, I needed a place close to Pisa airport, and it was just a 3 min walk! The beds are very comfortable. The hosts were very informative, and you feel quite free to move in and out!
