Francesco and his family are a true gem discovered. If you travel in Napoli area it is a must. Great location, perfect room, great garden, large parking and perfect breakfast. Francesco is there whenever you need assistance, and even more. He assisted me in exploring area with precious suggestions. As I had to get a very early flight, he was at reception at 4 am with breakfast package to take with me. If I return to Napoli, I know where I will be staying. One last information, Francesco is also opening vacation house in Massa Lubrense, so if you want to stay on Amalfi coast and have top notch assistance, get in touch with Francesco, you will not be sorry.

The best hotel for "star" tour in Napoly and the area. Only 25 minutes to Napoly center, 30 minutes to vesuvio, 20 minutes to Pompei.Very clean and big rooms with good breakfast and free parking area is all needed. Francesco was the most accomodating, helpful and service orientated host we have met in our travels. We loved the attention to detail and lovely, authentic touches. Very well situated with small super markets and a lovely little restaurant just a few streets away.

The breakfasts consisted of fresh pastries, boxed goodies, juice and several kinds of coffee. The staff was extremely accommodating, always ready to be of assistance. They could not have been more kind or helpful.

We found this hotel after our other hotel cancelled on us, and I'm glad they did. The manager and his family were perfect hosts and nothing was any trouble for them. As we didn't want to eat pastries every day we ask for toast in the morning and they gladly did this for us both. The breakfast was very nice and they didn't skimp on quality or quantity. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. There isn't much noise from the street and overall the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is only a few stops from Pompei and the cost is only a few Euros. They offer a shuttle service from the hotel to the Poggiomarino train station. We loved the swing in the garden and spent most nights chilling on it. It's a testament to the hotel and staff when you don't want to leave the place. We loved it there and made great friends with the manager and his family.

Father was very unhappy about service dogs staying and tried to send us away (but son took care of the issue). (Deal ONLY with son via Booking.com if you have dogs!)

The facility is beautiful and the owners / staff go out of their way to help guests - like family!
