Very friendly and attentive reception and restaurant stuff. Our deluxe room with a balcony had comfortable mattress and a comforter good for spring chilly nights. But furniture and bathrooms were quite old for the 5 star hotel. The hotel restaurant had a good chef. It was convenient to have a dinner on the site after busy day of exploring. Hotel is located in a beautiful country side and it is 15 min drive to the nearest town Polignano a Mare. Hotel provides also a shuttle for a dinner to the town. Access country roads to the hotel are very bumpy and narrow.

Beautiful property, spacious and clean and a very serene and peaceful place to relax.

Only thing I hate to mention was the door handles on the room doors were rusty and so every time we would open the door- our hands would smell of rust.

Borgobianco is located about ten minutes away from Polignano del Mare. There is a shuttle that will take you into town if you don;t have a car or don't feel like driving. The room was quite large with a beautiful terrace. The pictures are accurate. The breakfast is copious and is in a room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is lovely and we spent part of a day just reading and lounging there. We had a lovely experience at the hotel.

Great staff: welcoming, carefull, dedicated. Charming typical isolated parcelling. Beautifull. Quiet in the hinterland. Classy sober, the place is restfull. Quality food (special mention for great buffet breakfast. Just not the scramble eggs..like any other hotel) Catering team top service!! SPA is efficient. (You need to get organized, especially if resort is crowded)

No arrangment for late check out (even with extra price) For this kind of standard you could expect a better management action. Outdoor pool under slight wind. Not many activities proposed. However the area offers many many attractions for a 30mn car ride

The property is beautiful, so relaxing and romantic. It’s close to the beaches, only a 10 minute drive. We loved it!

Upon check in, with my family of 5, we were told spa treatments were included in our package, therefore, we each scheduled a massage. To our surprise at checkout, we were told that they weren’t included in the cost. I had to pay over $500 extra since we each booked a massage. I was very disappointed.

Every member of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond in order to assist me. The staff members were uniformly cheerful and friendly. The buffet breakfast and the breakfast staff in attendance were excellent. My room was roomy and comfortable. The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The inside and outside decor is tastefully done and very eye-pleasing. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax.

Staff is friendly & attentive, very helpful. Breakfast buffet has many choices, very fresh fruit.

Biggest negative was inability to get food at “off times” (late afternoon) or to get a regular dinner if a special event happening which was additional high cost. For nightly price, food should be available more readily. That being said, the dining staff work extremely hard setting up these events.

We had an amazing stay at Borgobiano resort! The gardens, pool and courtyards are so beautiful. We had a ground floor pool/sea view room and it was very spacious and clean, plus the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a generous spread and it held on the rooftop terrace with a great view. We also had dinner at the restaurant during our stay and it was delicious, with great highlights for local and fresh ingredients. Parking with our hire car at the property was free and easy, plus the shuttle bus into Polignano a Mare town was easy to organise. Would recommend the hotel for couples and families with older children.

Very friendly staff, especially Nicola (bar) two Sara’s (breakfast and bar), Valentina (spa) Ricardo (in restaurant) who really went out of their way to make us feel special and were very attentive. A few others also, all in all staff really were super nice.

The welcome/check in wasn’t the best for us. We stated that we had a 3 year old child in our reservation and that she was super excited to use the indoor pool. It was mentioned that when we checked in, she would be too young to use it for more than an hour. So this was a bit disappointing. In the end, they did their best to accommodate our daughter and let her use the pool a bit longer so some days we were able to us it twice in the day! This should be made clear when you book the hotel.

Location was perfect to visit Polignano Al Mare and Ostuni (I think two of the most beautiful places in Puglia). Beautiful Masseria set in lovely countryside.

Was quite expensive!
