Whole loft studio apartment was actually about 150 sq meters! Even our teenage daughters who would like to sleep in separate bedrooms did not complain, they were so far from eachother. The surroundings - and here really depends what you like - was in rural area, one mansion with beautiful gardens, olive and lemon trees, no other houses around. We actually had our apartment cleaned during the day, I think it was nice, even though we didn't ask for it. And most important - we thought there was no air-condition, and we were actually there when Rome got 42C, when we arrived they told us there was Aircon, what a relief...

Dated carpets and kitchen, WiFi available only in a very small area of the apartment, with speed under 10 Mbps. Broken window blinds, unstable temperature in the shower (from cold to hot and hot to cold without touching anything). TV didn't work (only had online streaming, no television as such)

Specious Villa with a large last floor apartment suitable for families. Beautiful garden and surrounding area. The location is outside of Rome, but well connected with public transport to the city. Metro line B is on 20 minutes of driving. The host is very helpful and polite. My car stopped working late at the evening in Rome and he assisted me with finding an English speaking taxi as well as he stayed outside of the check in hours almost until midnight to welcome my family.

The air conditioning wasn't working

- Loved the lush green surroundings outside the property. - Complementary fresh lemons from the garden, nice jam, biscuits, water bottle gave a nice personal touch to the stay. - Toilet fitted with bidet was a nice addon. - There was even a projector and screen to watch movies (but we haven't used it)

- there was no lift to the second floor, but it's too much to ask. - there was no separation between living area and bedroom. It was one huge L shaped room with open kitchen, living room, bedroom and balcony.

It's a wonderful private place with a huge green area. There a siting area in front of your room ( even with a roof - so we could be outside during the rain) There is a kitchen and good table to have a small family moments.

Air conditioner was only in a parents rooms and was a bit noisy. We felt on a cold days so for kids was a bit cold.

quiet area, spacious room, coffee/ tea and free water available in the room .property owners are helpful and very friendly

Room was a bit dusty and needed better cleaning . villa is in the forest area and no good bar/ restaurants around so we drove 10 km to pomezia for food.

The Villa is beautiful and well maintained. The property is a bit secluded, but meet are needs as we had a rental car and only spent our last night at the property before heading to the FCO.

- Beautiful Villa outside of Rome, very quiet, peaceful place. - Great price-value overall, kind owners. - Place is very clean, tidy thanks to the lovely household-lady Linda. - There is a dog and a cat around which our kids loved.

Place was very nice with it’s own atmosphere. There was air conditioning and the room was clean.

The only problem was the absence of mosquito net on the windows and the mosquitoes were ruthless.

The room is massive with a little kitchen! There is also a large TV and lots of single beds. We were very comfortable and happy! Everybody was friendly!

Absolutely beautiful villa. very clean and comfortable. the view was amazing. it was nice to be in a nice quite villa after three and a half weeks of travelling the host was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends
