Great location, 2 minute walk to the piazza, 10 minute walk to the ruins, plenty of very good restaurants and pizzerias all within a few minutes of the piazza. Room was lovely, plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, mini bar (chargeable), great air-con, electric vertical shutters on window helped keep out all light and street noise at night (in our room it did anyway), room cleaned and serviced every day. Fixed key lockable room safety deposit box. Fabulous roof terrace, plenty of sun loungers, chairs and tables and a jacuzzi....cool temperature of the water was a blessing in August heat. Staff were lovely, yes often present however we found them attentive, helpful and there to service and in no way felt uncomfortable. If you have a car, you can be lucky and park right outside, 3 or 4 spaces ourside front entrance and there's also street space owned by the hotel you can park on at the side entrance, typically have to time it well though. Just under an hour to Sorrento, an hour to Amalfi, 45 mins to Ravello...lovely day trips out. 25 mins to Naples Airport.

Although we were lucky enough to park outside each day (3 days), more spaces would be better, or cheaper garage parking (€30 a day). Just a pot of coffee in the morning...would have preferred option of cappuccino or espresso. Would stay again, would not book breakfast though, enough decent and cheap places nearby to go out and get coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate..prepared fresh fruit would have been nice. Nice rooftop sun terrace Great location for the ruins .. very pleasant and helpful staff.

I booked this hotel because it had a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi ... unfortunately the jacuzzi hot tub was unavailable .. apparently this was because it was the start of the season ( in june ?) and it had rained the previous week ... ??? . ☹️

Less than 10 minute walk from the main railway station (and right opposite the local line if using that) and only 15 minute walk to the entrance to Pompeii archaeological site. Walking distance also to several good restaurants - we had excellent meals in two different ones during our stay. Hotel rooms very clean and comfortable and the bar area was a cosy place to relax with an after dinner drink when we returned to the hotel.

The staff were excellent very comfortable room good position for Restsurants & getting to attractions (ruins) Breakfast is well catered for

There could have been improvement on the sunroof. Thought there would be a bar there but you were supposed to order drinks at Bsr downstairs before you went up but we didn’t realise this so some mention could be helpful.just to add one of the staff took us back to the airport & I left my handbag in the car when he dropped us off. he came back as soon as he found it to which I am very grateful for that kind man.

Friendly welcome. Attractive lobby and wide staircase to upper floors. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very modern lighting surround. Great location to duomo and town centre/Station. Free parking directly outside hotel in reserved street spaces (probably low season only)

Breakfast buffet was OK but the scrambled and boiled eggs were cold each day.

Loved our stay. Location was ideal for exploring Pompeii. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the young lady looking after breakfast was a credit to the hotel - friendly, professional and provided excellent service and amazing latte's! Nice selection for breakfast too. Room was very clean and well kept. Reception staff were very helpful as well.

Literally the only slight negative I can say is the pillows were very flat but I totally understand that could just be my personal preference because overall the bed itself was really comfortable

location and the staff were all very friendly and very helpful, and one member of staff helping us go to castellammare she was right a lovely place. breakfast was good for continental one plenty to eat , room’s nice and clean and we had a amazing balcony that wrapped around two sides.

we thought the hot tub was open on the rooftop terrace but was closed as of out of season.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially at check in and returning from our day out. Felt like a well run family hotel and would definitely stay here again. the roof top terrace has to be the main relaxing place to be on the evening. we loved seeing the sunset both nights we were there. In May the weather was perfect and never too hot or cold in the rooms as well as the roof top in the evening.

Bathroom and shower very small and could do with updating but never become an issue.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was lovely.

There was no air con in one of our rooms. We had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and when we left our dirty towels on the floor to be replaced they were folded up and put back on to the shelf. The breakfast was okay, however there was not much savoury food or cereal that wasn't covered in chocolate or sweet sticky syrup.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, you can walk everywhere from there. There are great restaurants and shopping streets very close, also it’s so close to the beautiful cathedral. Their beds are very comfortable, this is something I got to mention since we have stayed at very beautiful places with very uncomfortable beds. Palma hotel has a different type of breakfast, full of pastries, but hey! While in vacation, enjoy those carbs!!!!
