The hotel was beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional- everyone made us feel welcomed. The restaurant was excellent-we ate dinner there every night

The location was isolated-we did not feel comfortable exploring around the hotel. Beside the hotel and it’s lido, there is nothing.

Great personnel, Nice breakfast and Nice pool. The hotel offers free shuttle to Salerno city and the ferries to Amalfi etc, many times a day. Very convenient! Nearby Napoli, Amalfi coast, Sorrento and Pompei. The Beach is 50 m from hotel, nice, clean and warm sea in October. Big waterland nearby for the kids (open to September). Shopping mall only 15m by car.

The pool was a bit cold in October. Restaurants neaeby were closed or had redused meny due to low season in October. The restaurant at the hotel had good food and was very nice! Recommend going here in June-October.

The hotel grounds, while not expansive, are impeccably maintained and sufficiently spacious for visitors. From the moment you step through the main entrance, you begin to feel the holiday spirit. The courteous staff and pristine surroundings highlight its professional management. Moreover, the hotel offers a delightful breakfast, as well as appetizing lunch and dinner options. While the hotel's location and neighboring areas were not particularly striking, the beauty within the hotel's premises more than compensates. It stands out as the finest establishment in the area. During our 6-day stay, we rented a car from the airport and ventured out daily to explore. We recommend this approach to others. A great shopping mall is just a 15-minute drive away, offering diverse dining options and a variety of sweets to try. There are decent restaurants in the vicinity, but we often chose to drive a bit further for our meals. For those looking for snacks, there's a Lidl close by, also about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and I'd recommend it for a short vacation.

When you venture out on foot, there isn't much to see and it's not particularly enjoyable.

We had the suite, which was nice. It says up to 5 people, but that would have been a bit tight. Rooms and property have been updated, nice facilities. We had been traveling throughout Italy, and it was perfect to have a day just to sit and chill at the pool! Staff were friendly and helpful! There is a nice beach right across the street that is reserved for hotel guests with chairs/umbrellas. We did take the hotel shuttle to the marina to take day trip by boat to Amalfi one day, and then we the shuttle a different day to the train station and took the local train to Pompei. Take note, the shuttle only runs at certain times and you have to make a reservation for the shuttle. The hotel is not near any local transportation!

It was isolated, it was better after we found a few local restaurants that were good nearby (try Primavera, the Tartufo was amazing!!!) But not even a small party store to buy water or snacks!

The hotel is located on the sea shore and during the summer season there are plenty of restaurants around. During the off-season, there are not many choices around. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are supportive and willing to help. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. The only thing worse mentioning was the coffee, which was very good. Being outside the city, you need to be prepared for a half-hour trip to reach any commercial areas.

Some rooms have access to cable TV some not. The network available is Sky( in some rooms)

Hotel Olimpico is a great place to stay at if you’re planning on staying mostly at the hotel. The hotel has everything you need. The restaurant, private beach, breakfast, bar and swimming pool were 10/10 and all the staff were friendly and helpful and very kind to our kids! Our room was spacious and cleaned everyday.

The restaurant and bar were expensive and we had to pay service fee for sitting at the restaurant or outside on tables near the bar if we bought drinks/food. The location was not the best but I think everyone who book at this hotel know that the location is isolated.

The only negative point was that during the diner many thing went wrong. The food it self is very good and tasty. But they served the wrong beef and the baked potatoes were not served but the potato stew. We asked what the content of the Bruschetta was and if there was any fish in it. We do not like fish. At the end we got many different Bruschetta and one with fish. This can happen but there was not any compensation for the mistakes.

Unfortunately, I injured myself a lot during sports. Thanks to the staff, the great pool, private beach, cocktail bar and restaurant, I was able to quickly hide the personal situation. The location was great and the cocktails superb.

The shower was nice and warm and strong, unfortunately black spots have formed in a few places (e.g. behind the shower bar where you can push the shower head up and down)

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the train station (they even came especially to pick us up eventhough we came at a time when the shuttle was not in service). The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant, while a bit pricy, was also good. Beds are big and comfortable. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay again.

While the bathroom itself was fine, the shower was kind of small and outdated. There aren't many places to eat at in the area and there's no reliable public transportation, so unless you're traveling by car, you need to rely on the shuttles to Salerno or taxis (it costs about 31-37 euros from Salerno to the hotel).

Everything was absolutely perfect! Pool, beach, service, breakfast, lunch, dinner, staff 10/10! So glad we found this little pocket of paradise while driving along the Amalfi Coast, can’t recommend it enough!
