Location, very clean, wife food choice at breakfast, good service.

On Sunday the reception service closes around 2 pm, This means there is no service at the all, this is not specified or said at booking or check in stage so, if you have any luggage to store and collect later, you might be charged for late check out. This happened to me, not professional. Better you verify hotel rules to avoid surprises. Loud voices come at night from the backyard as there is the kitchen of a restaurant in the same building. So better ask for front road rooms.

Reception and bar close quite early (9pm) but access to the building is ensured at any time.

We travel around Europe and this is one of the best Hotels we have booked. Very nice and helpful Staff. We were late to check in, but the Receptionist was very polite and waited for us. Thank you! The room is large, comfortable and perfectly clean, with air conditioning.Very tasty breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Safe parking in the garage. There is really everything you need to relax. I highly recommend it!

Very good position of the hotel...near Pisa and Lucca...very nice rooms...at the same building there is a very good restarurant with special price for hotels guest, menu 18 eur included drink ...fantastic food...

Very nice! Very friendly lady at reception. Arriving a bit before check-in time was no problem. Big room, very clean. Large parking space behind hotel and an underground garage! Strategic position a short drive from Lucca and Pisa. Would come back any time. Even left a tupperware in the fridge for next time ;)

A bit less room spray but we probably just arrived after the room was made.

Quiet location, free carpark round the back. Easy to find & 2 min walk to train station and 10mins on train to Lucca. Fish restaurant next door.
