The hotel has a special vibe, it is surrounded by plants, It has a small fish pond and it looks like you are somewhere in the tropics. The garden is amazing. The pools are clean and spacious and so is the bedroom. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we liked that everything was fresh. And you don’t have to bring beach towels or flip flops, they are waiting for you in the room, unless you are a child. Anyway would recommend the hotel

The pool is not heated. The minibar is lacking beverages and the pool bar has really high prices; one small draft beer costs 8€. The hotel should work on family orientation; no bathrobe for children, no flip flops, no additional amenities and even the beach towel was not waiting in the room, but was provided on request.

Stunning little hotel with beautiful gardens, gorgeous pools and a beach side restaurant. The location is perfect for Calgiari Airport and to walk into Pula for the restaurants and bars or to Nora for the archaeological site. Generous buffet breakfast by the pool. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

breakfast tea and coffee sachets in the room would have been preferable to fruit tea. The shrubs around our patio need pruning (it was a bit like being in the jungle!) The bar prices were over inflated (so we opted to drink at the lovely wine bar, Chari bistro, in Pula). A little information about the services at the hotel and about the local area could have been provided. Perhaps a booklet in the rooms or at reception?

Room was clean and designed nicely. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The pool areas were kept clean and there were lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy a drink. The onsite restaurant had good food with fresh seafood as well.

The resort does have a beach but it isn’t the nicest. I was hoping to see the clear waters of Sardinia that you see in pictures but the beach was rocky with a lot of sea plants floating around. Also, most of the rooms do not have a sea view option. But otherwise, everything else was magical.

In this hotel you feel like in paradise! It's a small hotel with private beach and beautiful garden. There are 2 very nice pools and you can always find free sun beds either on the beach or in the garden. We had room with small patio which was very nice especially for afternoon or evening relax. The staff is very nice and they do everything for you. We had really great time there, thanks for that!

Location is rather for those who prefer pure relax. It's far from everywhere. You need a car to be flexible, even if you want to go to center of Pula

The hotel is brand new. From the moment you arrive you feel like you landed in an oasis. Full of palm trees and beautiful flowers. Secluded, private, luxurious. Max. capacity is 96 people in the whole hotel, only hand full of seats on the private beach, only a handful of beds around the 2 pools. This is luxury at its finest. We really found rest in this hotel. This is how we like to have our vacations. The staff is excellent, from the people cleaning the room, to the General Manager and the owner Luca, everyone is doing all they can to make our stay perfect - in which they succeeded. Worth mentioning is the restaurant staff and the lady from New Zealand who went above and beyond collectively to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay. This is the go-to place if you want a calm, relaxing vacation in a romantic atmosphere. I can only strongly recommend visiting this hotel for sophisticated people who look for a sophisticated vacation. I want to thank everyone for what might be one of the best vacations I had in my life and we have traveled and been around and only sleep in premium locations. The rooms are kept super clean on a daily basis. Must say one of the rarer extreme professional experiences I had in my life in terms of cleanliness in hotels. Generally the whole venue is magical, clean and brand new. Do visit this place, you can discover so for yourself.

Look, is it the Ritz? Of course it isn’t. So don’t expect the same accommodations or services. Regardless, this place is a pearl, unique in its kind. I think the food can also be expanded. After 8 days, the offered menu is a little repetitive and could offer more diversity. But now I’m just nagging because who cares, it’s a lovely place and an ultimate vacation experience. Small things can be improved. The owner and staff are very welcoming suggestions and you just see how passionate these people are about our stay and about their hotel. No Ritz can offer you that.

This is the perfect spot; what‘s more to ask for. Perfect beach, hotel and pools. The rooms are gorgeous. Free flip flops and cosmetics „acqua di Parma“; we had to leave early so the manager gave us Cappuccino and Biscuits before the breakfast started. Very much appreciated this. Taxi to the Center is 10-15 €, €70 to the airport; u should be there 2h before the flight, because it is small and not a lot staff

Honestly such a nice hotel, and expect for the cleaning ladies, this one manager and the bar keeper, the personal is very cold, not empathic, unprofessional and not well organized. Especially the in the restaurant. Eg the ask my gf wheater she wants a dessert, I haven’t even received my main dish. It was forgotten like have of the things we ordered where not on the bill. The lady who welcomed us one the first day was an ice block. My name was written incorrectly on the room key etc. ; it is really a pity, such a nice place and setting, and then this personal; hope the owner reads this. Ntl I give 10 points cz it was a really good hotel!

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Really good and plentiful. Staff were lovely, friendly and generous and lots of them. We really really loved the hotel.

Slightly annoying that it was necessary to book the restaurant even for lunch as took away slightly from spontaneous enjoyment and in the shoulder of the season it wasn't that busy. The bar snacks menu was also a little limited - salads would have been good. But these are tiny niggles, not complaints!

Stunning hotel , where the Mediterranean meets Indonesia . Each attention to detail is met with perfection. You will not want to leave the hotel to explore because you have arrived in paradise . We have been to Newley 20 hotels in Sardinia and by far this is my favourite . To add the magic of this place you also have the best chef on the island serving you top fresh dishes over looking the sea ( which you will not find in many other places in Sardinia ) . We loved our stay and will be back very soon indeed !
