The host was super friendly and helpful, making us feel at home and cheering up weary and sick children. The house is wonderfully fresh, full of wooden furniture and decorations. The breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a communal dining area. The location is lovely, nice place for wandering or just for a one night stop off between Austria and Italy.

location was pretty, very quiet, staff was friendly, breakfast was more than ok. For hiking we believe a perfect stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that our bathroom was next to an opening where there was continuous smoking. Not the end of the world, but that was one thing to mention.

Easy 5-10 min drive into town for restaurants and Cafes. Ideal spot if you are coming up from / heading down to Italy over the Jaufenpass

Very quiet facility, easy access, very friendly host and very helpfull. (We had a meal with us and were invited to use the breakfast room). She offered us coffee or thee as welcome. Breakfast was very good as well, with plenty of choices.

An excellent family fun B&B, with very friendly hosts who served an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a very comfortable night and we hope to return and explore the area more!

Very, very clean and comfortable room. Nice garden. Pleasent breakfast. Very kind owner. It is 5 minutes to center of Vipiteno by bus.

+ spacious room + new and clean bathroom and kitchen + room is in the ground floor, suitable for disabled and families + super comfy bed and duvets + duvets are enough warm for cold nights + landlady is very welcoming + parking spot right at the property, highway is few minutes away

- the floor is cold which might not be suitable for toddlers, otherwise fine. Especially when the outside temperature is low.

Mari was an awesome host. Special attention made to the little details, lovely views from room. Breakfast excellent, fresh cut fruit, pastry, prosciutto, included with room price. Bathroom large & updated. Highly recommend!

Very nice lokation, beautiful house, completely new rooms, and the breakfast was exceptional. The only thing I regret is that we stayed only one night.

actually everything !! it is a very nice B&B, with a very nice hostess, and great breakfast and good location!

we liked everything, including the little babbling brook along the side of the house. we will be staying there again.
