I'd give 10 stars just for the electric towel heater! This place is perfect: it has a shared kitchen, daily cleaning, and lighting with different modes. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby and it's only a 7-minute walk to the city beach. The Wi-Fi is fast with no lags.

Just keep in mind that breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee. If you don't eat sweets, you won't have many options for breakfast. I was prepared for this, as it's a common practice for B&Bs in South Italy.

Not nearly enough clothes hangers , I find this is common to most hotels. The breakfast was basic as expected , but a few more options and variety would have been appreciated.

There was a kitchen area with tea coffee. The host didn’t explain this. Would be good to have a notice If it is ok for use the facility.

Location good, reachable by public transport, room was clean, comfortable bed, very helpful staff, question’s were answered right away through booking or phone. Breakfast was at the nearest cafe; cafe and croissant.

Appearances can be deceiving. The outside was average, but the inside was clean and modern. The shower was good, although you have to work out that hot was to the right. Location to the centre was within easy walking distance. Parking was available in a nearby side street.

loved it and I know the accommodation cannot do a thing about it, but there are some dogs in the neighborhood that bark during the night. They offer earplugs, that was a nice gesture.

The apartment has three rooms and it does not feel private. Rooms are not soundproofed, so we could hear other guests easily. The materass was not very comfortable

Absolutely squeaky clean, everything was modern and seems brand new. Property was well keep. Outstanding breakfast . Personnel , Maria the housekeeping lady was charming and efficient and the owner was really really helpful .

I’ve been a couple of times in Reggio Calabria, but this is the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed so far. The owners are very kind and generous, the room was perfectly clean and they also cleaned it and changed the towels during my 5 day visit. It’s near to the centre and easy to access all the famous points of Reggio. It is also very easy to find parking space. There’s a nice view from the rooftop to the whole city, Sicilia and the sea. Breakfast was excellent, it felt like I’ve been in a 4* Hotel.

Everything was more than perfect.
