Very nice, new, clean and well modernly decorated Functioning AC, complete private bathroom, owner very hospitable and helpful. Was a good refreshing feeling from the rugged outside that is all over the city.. Calabria has some beautiful sea scenes but everything else is left to die. However this accomodation was enjoyable and well located. Breakfast was good and served in room.

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7.30 per specific request asked the day before, yet breakfast lady started working at 7.30.. being there for work timing was essential and after a first leas than pleasant attitude of the lady, she apologized and served breakfast after 15 min. I made my appointment in time.

Excellent location! (Within walking distance to shopping, the waterfront & museum) Delicious breakfast! Safe parking. Loved the availability of coffee & tea all day in our room. The balcony (with awning) was a great spot for breakfast and a drink in the afternoon. A big thank you to Bernadette for her help with all our questions.

We felt uncomfortable leaving the keys to our rental car with the parking lot attendant but in the end there was no issue. The washroom was very nice but needed a bit of maintenance.

Bernadette at the front desk is a beautiful lady and very accommodating. She organised a fantastic breakfast for us and gave us all the information required to make our stay at Reggio pleasant. Lorenzo the owner and his wife greeted us with open arms and made us feel at home. The b&b is in a great location with easy walking to all of Reggio's main attractions. I highly reccomend this place and it definately exceeded our expectations.

Nothing...all was perfect.

The place was a jewel and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Penthouse where the terrace was huge and filled with plants. The apartment is nicely renovated and modern with lots of light. Bernadette and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Bernadette was so helpful with some issues we were having, and even contacted us after we left to let us know we left something behind and sent it to us. They provided complimentary bottles of water in these beautiful blue bottles which added a nice touch, and stocked the refrigerator with refreshments as a minibar. The apartment includes a master bedroom with its own bedroom, another bedroom with two beds, and the living room has a pull out bed. There is a washer and dryer as well and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment is located in a quiet area a few blocks north of the commercial street and boardwalk area and included parking in a garage a few blocks away. We only stayed two nights, but wished we could have stayed more as it was such a relaxing place. I would definitely return here on my next stay in Reggio.

Parking, staff, elevator, breakfast. Very clean and very comfortable bed.

The bathroom was 2 levels. The first day I turned and tripped over the raised floor after washing my hands. Then later took a shower and stepped off the higher floor before realizing it. Could have been hurt if not in good shape. We took the waste basket and put it where the floor changed heights to remind us to be careful.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Bernadette gave us advise of where to go, what to see and where to eat. She was happy to do anything for us and provided an excellent breakfast to the room with plenty of choice on offer. Thank you Lorenzo for all your advice for restaurants and site seeing. Close location in a secured garage for free parking which worked really well.

I don't know what words to use to rate my stay because it was a really great experience. Lorenzo and all his staff are human people who make us feel at home. The environment has a very positive energy, everything is very clean and well taken care of. The bed is very comfortable, new sheets as well as bath towels. Breakfast is served in the room with great love for Bernardete and you can choose what you will eat. The location is also excellent. Shower gel, body cream, shampoo are available. There are drinks in the minibar and the menu is available in 5 languages. All very careful in every detail. If you want to spend a few days in comfort and feeling at home, this is the place! Thank you for everything :)

This was just wonderful! First of all due to its awesome owner - vigorous, informative, ready to help and very positive! The facilities, the furniture and the huge terrace were incredible! The cook and the breakfast were marvelous! Very safe and comfortable free parking. We didn’t want to leave it.

The mosquitoes and becoming common in Europe narrow elevators.

The rooftop terrace was worth everything. Beautifully decorated with flowers, plants, chairs and tables. A true oasis. The apartment itself was spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light.

The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The bathroom furniture had uneven cracks in them and should be replaced.

Bernadette served us a great breakfast, including fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and eggs cooked to order. She is a native English speaker, which was useful. The room was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space (we were in the triple). Nice toiletries provided.
