- The food was amazing. Full-board meant 4 courses for lunch and dinner, and the staff did their best to cater to our specific diets (related to health reasons). If Italian cuisine is your thing, this is the place for you :) - Beach is literally next door, facilities nearby are plentiful. - Airport is easily accessible. - Staff are nice to families. - Online info app (Scidoo) for tracking bills and getting useful info. Overall a very carefree experience. Likely going back again.

- Rooms showed some signs of use and were quite small - Beds weren't the most comfortable and the AC didn't work well for us, so it was too hot during the night

Lady working at the reception was very kind and fluent in English. The hotel is very clean and aesthetic. Hotel is located right at the beach, the view from balcony was breath taking. Room service kept our room clean and organised every day without disturbing us. Parking is located in underground garage, protected by card. At breakfast the offered a lot to choose from, from sweets to sandwiches. Coffee was very good. Internet speed was good. Beds were comfortable.

We needed to ask and return for parking card every time we needed our car. Staff do not speak english. Due to Corona virus, we were not able to pick and get the food by ourself, but we needed to tell the staff for each piece, that we wanted. We missed garbage can in the room (there was small one in bathroom). There was only one chair on balcony and no table. Welness was not included in the price. We could hear everything from the hall and other rooms.

Breakfast was good, but we had to ask for everything even for smallest things like butter, salt and pepper etc..(but ok, understandable because of covid situation) One staff at bread and pastries was very helpful, friendly and could speak english well. Free towels for pool and beach.

-Very few choices of vegetarian dishes on dinner menu, mostly just cold starters or soup... -small bathroom with tiny shower -booked 2x double rooms with full ocean view for 12 nights, both on first floor. They could have given us rooms on higher floor level...

So the place is at the beach, first line, great spot. The rooms are ok. Breakfast is good.

The lobby is small and there is basically no bar. The worst part was that in the morning they started to renovate just above my room another room, starting at 7:30 without any prenotice. When I left the hotel even then they didn’t apaologizw for the inconvenience.
