Wonderful staff, excellent location, we felt like part of a family. Free coffee before 10am exceeded my expectations and really made our days better. We enjoyed staying in as much as going out, as the room had blindfolds and an aircon that made siesta very pleasant. The owner and the staff are really caring and responsive, the room is always clean and the cleaners are very kind and swift. The place has a very happy and relaxed vibe: it feels like people working there like their jobs and want you to feel just as good and welcomed. It's about 23 minute walk from the heart of the city and 10 minutes or less to the sea (and I mean the water part, not the beach), so we never took public transport anywhere apart from the airport. Thank you so much!

Our room was noisy and the bed had weak springs. I'm sure that if we brought it up to the attention of staff, both problems would have been sorted. But we decided to not mention it, as we really liked the room's location. So don't let this discourage you!

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it . Most of the staff are very friendly and would do anything for you . The 2 ladies on reception and the breakfast waitress were lovely and also the housekeeping staff were very friendly. We found it great value for money, very well situated and in a very quiet location but close enough to the amenities. We would definitely stay again .

The bedroom and bathroom were a tad small and could do with a small freshen up .

I liked the staff members, daily cleaning, reasonable prices, and a cute little window in the bathroom. 24 hour reception desk gives the needed flexibility. Staff members made me the best coffee in the morning :)

The room is very simple but for this price , I can not demand more. A tiny fridge would be very handy though.

Hotel Ausonia is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful workers. Guests get free coffee in the morning. The beach is 5 minute walk. We lost our wallet in the beach, so we had to stay longer in the hotel. The receptionist helped us in everything (to find the police station, we got a new room where we could stay and wait our flight - after check out time). In this way I would like to thank you for that!

Good location within walking distance from most attractions and places to eat. I walked there from the railway station. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Too many long emails! It’s great to get instructions about how to get there, and important things to know, but I don’t want to get a new long email every day! But this is a minor complaint 😎

We had perfect weekend at the hotel, it has an excellent location, very close to the beach and the Main Street, but a little inside from hustle and bustle. The room was quite small, but enough to take a shower and have a sleep. Everything was very clean, white towels and sheets were excellent. Cleaning service was made every day, we loved everything about the hotel.

There wasn’t a fridge in a room.

it was clean and fresh, good area, near the sea.

I guess toilet and shower room weren’t always clean, but generally, services here are excellent. belissimo.

Location was good. 10 to 15 minutes to the beach, town centre, local supermarket and laundrette. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was big enough for me.

The interior furniture and towels could be updated at some point, but all still works well. The electrical socket would not except my more modern travel adaptor plug. So had to buy one from a local shop. An easy fix to solve and something that did not spoil my overall experience.

Bed is comfy and good space enough for family definitely

TV factual is not enough and floor is dirty of dust. Fridge is too small
