Amply lighted in daytime (lot of glass) and lucent in nighttime (pleasant contrast from dim hotel line). Lively and presentable for its price level. Squeaky clean room and common areas. Comfortable and spacious bed for two. Privacy level OK. Modern interiors. Well-ordered restaurant with fast service. Mirror-walled and swift elevator. Generously staffed, staff attentive and helpful. Seaview true, although on one (right) side obscured by newer beachfront development. Taxi called efficiently. Few steps from the beach line and beachside promenade. Importantly, good vibe and not cheap-looking beachfront dancefloor&restaurant around the corner.

Surprisingly few younger couples (30s 40s) - as they would have enjoyed both the hotel, the location and surroundings.

Everything was wonderful, the room, very clean, bathroom with the window, balcony with the table and chairs. Very, very delicious breakfast. Nice, kind staff in breakfast hole. The elegant style of this hotel. Very close to the see.

No water, cattle in the room, no glasses. Only two plastic in the bathroom. Parking is available next door. In what appears to be a temporary solution, the access requires assistance of the hotel staff to open the gate, which is secured by key and lock.

hotel is very nice, clean, rooms are very nice and with new equipment. Hotel is close to the beach, which is private. Pool is available, again clean. Staff at the ground floor was really friendly, helpful and overall good, esp. mr at the bar was really great guy. Breakfast offer is really great, although you need to go and ask for the stuff you want - the people who were giving us actual food were super helpful and friendly!

cleaning service starts at 8:30 am, staff at breakfast that is roaming around was really bad, basically there is some kind of hidden rule when some rooms has own tables and rest not, if you do not have room number on the table the staff dont care about you. we were staying for 4 breakfast, 2 were no coffee for me, because nobody went to our table to ask (you cannot prepare coffee on your own). Staff was preferring the Italian guests over others. (cmon its 2022)

The breakfast, the swimming pool area and the lobby were very nice.

Our room was not like the picture we saw in Booking.com when we ordered. Some of the rooms were newly renowated but we got some old one and were not happy about that because we could have get better room for the same price in another hotels.

We enjoyed everything about this property! From the moment we walked through the front door, Luca & Francesca helped us make our stay outstanding. the rooms, view, pool, restaurant, bikes - everything is immaculate. Restaurant staff were exceptional!

The pool is heated, even in summer, everything is very clean, hotel is very close to Rimini airport. Staff is very kind, and bartender Marco prepares awesome cocktails.

English knowledge of the restaurant staff is very poor (receptionists and animators speak very well though). In the bistro there is no English language menu available, only Italian.

Room, receptionist bei check in was nice. Breakfast is good but the personal don't understand English 😕 Would be good, if someone from them informed the guests how the breakfast work. Not good system

Well organized, courteous staff. Clean modern facilities. Accommodating when we requested to move to a different room. Location is at the end of the busy promenade so there is easy access to beaches, dining and fun activities but the hotel is peaceful.

the property was so good and clean. it was enjoyable and we really had a great time there and the pool was a good idea. for me is probably the best hotel around that location

I didn’t like the fact that they asked you to pay for the drink you see in the mini fridge in the rooms I think those things should be free.
