Marvellous breakfasts, always very yummy, comfortable bed, very nice hardworking staff, perfect location by the sea, close to the centre, and by a great restaurant too... Very easygoing owner willing to help his customers. The room had air-conditioning.

The shower. Not flexible, fixed high up,can't really wash well nor in a pleasant way. Too small shower corner...luckily we weren't too big... The air-conditioning was loud so we had troubles sleeping while it was on ... The room's window shutters were over their best... it wasn't possible to roll them up and go to the balcony at first,it got at least half fixed. Allover, room cleaning maybe done way too well and too often... I don't need a new bedsheet every other day and towels everyday...waste of energy...but I guess that is what hotels do... :( Btw, heating shouldn't be by the ceiling.....physics.

The location is great. 1-2 minutes walk away from some of the best beaches in Rimini. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever had and better than what most hotels offer.

The internet in public areas was great. But I would ask first if it reaches your room.

Very friendly reception

It was very convenient. The staff were very helpful, especially in finding a secure place to store our bicycles overnight. The one thing we miss in almost all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy is an electric jug to heat water for tea and coffee. The room was small but it had all the amenities including air conditioning so we had a very comfortable night. It was excellent value. I would definitely recommend the King Hotel at the budget end of the spectrum.

Mentioned above, the lack of an electric jug but this seems to be the way in Italy.

The staff was very professional and welcoming; very good breakfast also cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel has a good position as it is close to the beach, restaurants and bars and also 15 minutes walking to the central station of Rimini and 20 minutes to the old center.

Rooms are a bit small and it is kind of noisy, you can hear through walls from other rooms and hallway.

The room had a little window covered permanently almost entirely. only small 20 cm gap was left for the air and the sun. it felt like a prison room that you had to turn electricity on all the time. The bed and pillows were not super comfy.

Breakfast and location. As a note, the fact that everywhere it was written that the roof does not use Asbestos made me curious whether it is used at all elsewhere (hopefully not) or if other hotels are using it.

The room was very disappointing. Small room. Very small beds. Small bathroom and shower. Not worth the value, similar to hundreds of other Rimini seaside hotels that suffer from the same problem. But for the price we paid here (fotos looked better) I expected more.
