Location very close to the beach, restaurant and shops. Overall the hotel is good if you have a family and your kids want to have a good time in the swimming pool with entertainment.
This is my first review on booking.com. This hotel, which is dated, not well maintained and with extremely noisy customers, takes your payment during the check-in process, without giving you the chance to look at your room first. Even though on the surface the staff at the front desks are somewhat friendly unfortunately they ultimately showed very poor customer service dealing with the situation when I was sick. After I called them at 6am to let them know that I vomited, they didn't ask if I needed anything at all. I called them again after I vomited the 4th time at 9, asked if they had some remedies: the answer was no, and I shouldn't even drink water...One hour later, during the checkout process they didn't even ask if I was ok after I vomited 4 times in 4 hours, this should be basic reasonable care and skill, I didn't feel treated like a human - I have never in my life had an experience like this and hope i never do again.

- You need to pay for everything ( beach, towel, fridge etc) - The personnel is not very nice ( especially the man ) the ladies were nice - The breakfast is every day the same and the same man shouts on clients and other personnel in front of the people - in the advert they have two swimming pools. is not true they have only one and is open only a few hours at the morning and few hours late afternoon.
