It is a well located hotel between small and medium size. The airport is not too far from the hotel you can reach within 30 minutes walk. You can reach the beach within 1 minutes, the hotel located almost next tot he beach. The hotel has a little elevator which is very usefull, if you arrive with carry on luggage. I booked a room with only one bed. The room is not too big, it’s a little bit narrow, but it is good for a 3 day stay. It was clean, and comfortable for me.

The shower gel was provided in a user unfriendly packaging. There was no do not disturb card available at the room.

I had a great time at this hotel, absolutely 10/10, even more. There was a mistake on Booking's site, which left room to think that the spa is included in the price, but it was not the case. Davide, the manager corrected the mistake immediately, and offered me a complimentary entry to make up for the inconvenience. I had the whole spa for myself, it was great! There were snacks, teas and water included , i was a superior experience. I was travelling off season, and since my flight left in the evening, I was allowed to occupy the room free of charge until my departure, since there were no other guests waiting. That was a huge plus, I didn't have to leave or carry my bags around and I had a place to rest, shower, etc. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, and the coffee is to die for. They also serve lunch at a great price, and it was delish! The staff is super friendly, smiling and welcoming, they speak good English, which is also a huge plus, and they are there for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even more. The location is wonderful, bike rentals, beaches and numerous restaurants are just a few mins walking distance. The hotel also offers discounts to some of nearby restaurants. This place offers everything a 3 star hotel would, and so much more, I'll definitely come back when I visit Rimini again.

Eggs and bacon served cold during breakfast. Breakfast waitors are not so kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in Hotel Palma. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby, 5 minutes from the beach. Good wifi, delicious breakfast, great price. Definitely recommended!

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; everything is near (the beach, restaurants, shops etc.). We also loved the SPA with the hot tub and the saunas, which is 25€ per person for 3 hours.

There is nothing we disliked.

Very kind and professional staff. The whole atmosphere was like a family. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. The beach is approx 150m from the hotel. I can only recommend.
